Stayed in a 'studio', 3 star quality. Quiet and peaceful stay. Flooring and bedding not clean, towels seen better days etc... but stayed out of season so the price was cheap- one big positive. Breakfast was of very poor quality -so much so I totally avoided any meats. No staff at all to greet / assist us! Very out of... More

Third visit to Le Monaco and for us cannot fault it. It's a self-cater/b and b hotel (if you want b n b), however it's not big on self - catering there isn't a huge amount of utensils, pans etc but if you want anything just ask and they'll get it for you. Most rooms have separate bedroom, large sitting/dining/kitchen... More

I dont know exactly why people are complaining so much about these appartments. Oke, the pool is small and the beach is not private, but if you did some more investigation you could have known that you could visit for example Cancun beach in Kantouai with fantastic lounge beds and a cheap cafe or but a ticket and swim a... We were here at april 2013 and were really dissapointed. Rooms were freezingly cold, kitchen supplies pretty poorly and staff was so unfriendly! The "privatebeach" was awful, full of rubbish. The biggest problem was the information desk and their lack of customer service. Many times we waited on the desk many many minutes while the staff memeber were too busy... More

We rented this apartment 4-11 September 2013, private rent. We was hoping to make use of the self catering aspect of this holiday as twice this year we have gone all inclusive. we were very dissapointed!! We paid £450 for one week, there was very limited utensils in the kitchen and what was there was not fir to be used.... More

We have stayed at the Le Monaco twice now and cannot fault it. You are left to get on with your holiday on your own but if you want anything the staff are there. The rooms have separate bedroom, large sitting/dining/kitchen area and bathroom. They are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen. We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast is... More

My family of 7adults and 2 small kids stayed at this awful hotel from 5th April to 12th April, not sure where to start with my long list of negative things to say about this DUMP! Firstly, on the first night we were dumped in some rooms above a nightclub, the music was playing until 1:30am, the beds in the... More

The power in the hotel did not work all the time in our room. The staff did not care, they where more interested in football on the television . The staff did not care about the guest only about the locals. The restaurant had no service. And if you love old croissant to breakfast then this is the hotel for... More

I wanted to write a bad review, but when I think about whole experience in Sousse, Tunisia in general and after reading some reviews about Movenpick (which costs almost double more ) I am realizing that biggest problem is not in this hotel but it is in Tunisia and its people. It is a shame that country that has that... More

The room was quite nice, there was a nice outdoor pool and the hotel is really close to the beach. There was also an indoor pool but it was only open between 13:00 and 14:00! Walking to the center of Sousse takes about 20min. The personnel was really impolite and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this hotel,... More
