Old hotel, great location, except for the noise. Small room, good bathroom, good bed, mini frig didn't work very well. Lovely old hotel in great location. I walked from the train station - it was a bit of a hike and they were tearing up the streets but it wasn't too bad with a backpack. We loved our stay at the Metropole. It was very centrally located, within walking distance of many places. The staff was very very helpful.
