We were here because of the Kumuka tour package. Personally I would not have chosen a hotel so isolated from the happenings of the city. The hotel was tucked away in a gated resort community, honestly with nothing worthwhile seeing in it. The room was clean, but definitely showing its signs of aging and lack of maintenanace. For example, we... more

We ended up here because the other hotel in this chain would not accomodate us despite the fact we had booked. When we arrived we were shown to really dirty rooms with falling apart furniture. We asked to move and were given slightly better rooms but with dirt sheets. We asked for the sheets to be changed and eventually at... more

I went with my wife to this hotel from 22/9 – 25/9/2009 to spend 4 days – we booking our accommodation directly from hotel by phone one week ago- at arrival at 3.00 pm the room no 223 was not ready for more than one hour, the management of service is very bad – no towels in bath room, no... more

I arrived unannounced a day early, and at 2am, and was made very welcome.I had booked 2 days at £43 per night via bookings.com.It was worth it for the view in the morning overlooking pool, and next to beach.meals , drinks very reasonable, and can be taken in room, next to pool, or watching sun set on beach. more

Hello Despite other people, I really loved it there. Especially when we compare room rates with other hotels, eg the Sheraton Montazah has even worse rooms but double the price and always overcrowded by Russians..... Here there was almost nobody in the hotel when I was there, the beach for me alone as well as the very big and nice... more

This hotel is advertised as a four star - it is definately not. We had two rooms both of which were old, run down and not clean. The vents of the air conditioners in the rooms were covered in dust. The fridges in the rooms were not clean. The pool was in need of repair - the so called swim... more

The lobby of this hotel promises an elegance that it doesn't deliver. The pool and beach are very nice, but the rooms are extremely old and dated. Having a noisy air-conditioner actually served a purpose to provide white noise that blocked out the sound of the constant revelry outside. The pool was attractive with cascading bouganvelia, and the beach was... more
