The hotel is in spick and span condition. The view is breath taking… Miles and miles of sea and if you get the corner room and on the top floor then you sure, will feel cloud nine on 7th Heaven! (It is very windy as you go higher). Not too far is the shopping centers and they are open till... more

I have experienced a truly nice week-end with my family, the first impression about the hotel and its sense of arrival, is not the best one, while by entering to the lobby you will enjoy all deluxe 5* facilities Front office staff is really professional, as well F&B and housekeeping Buffet restaurant is a nice mix between the local and... more

Brilliant stay from start to finish. The staff did everything possible to make the stay memorable. I enjoyed dinner in the Divino restaurant - very good food and service. I will be back at this hotel in the future. more

Stayed on 12/24/2007 - It is Egypt so I don't expect European or US standards - but just be forwarned - 5 stars here isn't 5 stars in US (go to Four Seasons in Alex for that). It was a bunch of little things that made the visit disappointing- parking was a pain, they charge for EVERYTHING, had workman banging... more

Great hotel. We were greeted with a fruit basket and had a view of the beach. If you are lucky to have louge access, it has a good breakfast and snacks and you can take as many bottles of water for free. Rooms were quiet. Alexandria is a great place to be compared to the harassment you get from being... more

Our experience at this hotel was unique to say the least. The facilities seem quite nice at first glance- beach, pool, spa- but be warned within all of them there are hidden traps. The beach front is in front of one of the busiest streets in Alexandria- so to get to it is like playing a fatal version of the... more

We arrived in Alexandria via Nouzha airport. It was a 20 minute ride in a taxi to the hotel at 2:00 a.m. Upon check-in, their credit card machine was not connecting and they implied that it was our fault. The printout from the machine did not say "declined," it said "connection error" but they still seemed to think it was... more

Not a bad hotel for Egypt, but not particularly nice for a 5-star hotel. If going back to Alexandria, I would try the new Four Seasons. Pluses: beach club across the street (limited and not very good food choices), a free shuttle to take you across the maddening and dangerous Egyptian traffic. Most rooms have ocean or partial ocean views.... more

While we only stayed one night, the staff at the hotel made us feel like long time guests. They were welcoming, very eager to please and truly bent over backwards to assist us. The room was extremely comfortable, the bathroom nicely appointed with a tub large enough for my tall frame to soak in. The Mediterranean was directly across the... more
