there is very less budget hotel in Alexander, Hotel Queen is one of them, i only stay one night, and the room wasn't too bad, although the TV seems not working at all, no fun in the room, AC seems been placing there for long time, I didn't intend to turn it on, it looks very old. the bed was... We made our trip in June 2012 and i have to say that the hostel is good and clean if you need only a residence to explore the city . Positive points: 1- The location is excellent as its directly in front of the sea and nearby downtown. 2-Room is clean and well organized. 3-Staff are friendly Negative points: 1-... More

We really liked this hostel! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights and we really had a good time! The rooms are super clean and the owner Nabil will do anything to make you feel at home! The view from the balconies is great and the cafe Nassar downstairs has good food!

This place has had several reasonable reviews but I note it hasn't been reviewed for a while. There are extensive renovations taking place with the result that the inside of much of the hotel is gutted, rooms are only available on the 7th floor. I was not particularly impressed when renovations begun at 2.30am in the morning on the floor... More

Dont be discourage if you arrive at the front door of the hostel, and be like what the F@#%, at first glance the building seems beat down, and the walk up the stairs is also going to make you think its shiesty. once you get to the top the hostel is quaint but nice. i went from a 3 hour... More

Let me tell u honestly that this hotel is a hostel or a motel... small .. in the city center and on the beach... for me the hotel was great, I used to stay in Hilton Green plaza and in hostels around Alexandria with private bathroom, I like to try new places in all levels.. what matters to me is... Difficult to find, just at the corner of Hasan El-Sheikh Street and the Cornishe. The reception is located in the 7 th floor, just take the old lift. The staff is friendly, the room simple but clean, price very reasonable. Near to Cornishe quite noisy, but during a 5 weeks trip through Egypt I never had a quiet hotel, that's... More

This hotel was really creepy and looked like a brothel. I was shocked as I stepped out of the car as the exterior was really dingy and smelly. The ancient lift they have didnt stop at the reception area on the first floor. The rooms were on the 7th floor and apart from that the rest of the building seemed deserted.... More
