Location is the best in Alexandria.. Just opposite to the Cornish and very near of Al Montazah Area. A lot of local restaurants behind. Big rooms but poor and old furnished. Bed linings are old and chopped.. Towels are not clean. We toke a royal family wing. the view from the balcony in front of the beach is such perfect..... More

I visited this hotel in June 2011 , I had already booked another hotel but upon insistence of my taxi driver who was probably tipped off or received comission for taking me to the "presumed" 5 star hotel ! The rooms are aweful , and had a stinge to them , the furniture seemed unwashed for centuries , the ac... More

Simply breakfast for dogs not human beings , rooms are rooms of one star hotel not four star hotel and when you complain they are cold blooded things simply you will ruin your holiday if stay in this hotel.

What can I say? We stumbled upon this hotel by accident when our taxi driver suggested we have a quick look at it. we found it only reasonable from the outside but inside - WOW * Great suite with separate living room and bedroom * Balcony with 180 degree views of the Mediterranean sea * The most magnificent views we... OVERALL - 2/10 my fault really for trusting a taxi driver to show a decent hotel. Spent a couple of nights here. around 90$USD for the 2 nights. Way too much - yes, I was ripped off Location is dreadful- no where near the downtown part fo alex where most travellers would probably want to be. Tired, dirty rooms Breakfast... More

Old, tired, tatty and dirty. Poor service and argumentative and unhelpful staff. Very poor value for money. Had I not arrived so late I would have walked out and found somewhere else. This place is best avoided.

Rooms are acceptable, though the bed for the triple room was too small and when we asked for an extra bed, they sent us a mattress to be put on the floor for the extra person! Breakfast is fine and the service overall is great. The location can be considered a bit far from the major attractions given that the... More

Stayed here with wife & 4 children, ages 21 to 5 years old. Were put here by our travel agent as a part of Egypt tour. Rooms were reasonably clean. Great location. Best part was the room balcony, with a stunning view of the ocean. Staff was very polite, helpful and courtious. They arranged a mini van for sight seeing... More
