I arrived on the train from Bucharest at Brasov station about 8pm, after all I had read I didn't find the station threatening or full of strange people. it seemed fine to me as did the journey itself. the taxi took me up the very steep hill to Casa Cristina where I rang the bell and was met with some... I can't praise this place highly enough. This has been my third visit and it's now my default choice for visits to Brasov. Cristina and Co. have managed to create a new accommodation category: the boutique guest house. Spacious, individually styled rooms, most having some of the bests views in the city. The location is just about perfect for hikers:... More

Cristina is a wonderful hostess. Her place is quite new and nicely decorated. The beds were fine, everything was clean, and it was quiet. I would highly recommend a stay here. More

Casa Cristina is a good option you must consider if staying in Brasov. Located in a very quiet location in the slope of one of the hills surrounding the city, it is not very far from the center and all the amenities and restaurants. As others mention, it is not so far but depending on your age and/or your physical... More

Part of the of city of Brasov is situated in a small valley surrounded by 2 mountains (Postavarul si Piatra Mare). Casa Cristina is located on the side of one of them overlooking the city and the other mountain. It is on a downhill having a moderate climb from the city on a narrow street to reach it. Being considerably... More

Me, my wife and two sons had stayed 2 nights in Casa Cristina, Verde room. Casa Cristina is beatifull house with interior whichs shows a gentle and estetic feeling of its creator. Willingness and hospitality is surely main rule of the Casa Cristina representative Mr. Cornel Nistor. Whole locality is quite and clean. Localization of Casa Cristina is on the... More

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. After the rave reviews we were disappointed. You had to walk through one of the rooms to get to the other which we were not expecting, decor and fittings were dated and my sheets had holes in. It was the middle of summer and we had a winter weight duvet when all... More

We are an elderly couple (60+) and spent 4 nights in the room Belvedere in Casa Cristina. For us it was a fantastic experience. The balcony and the view are excellent. We recommend the tasty an creative breakfast. And most important, people are very friendly and helpful. Of course they speak english. More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Casa Cristina and Brasov. Breakfast is around 14 lei and can be taken on the lovely balcony. We had the panormic room and the view is spectacular, our only complaint is that we are quite tall large people and we had to contort ourselves into the shower, if you are under... More

Me and boyfriend went to brasov to celebrate our anniversary, after 5 days in bucharest we were a bit uncertain of what to expect of casa Cristina, this especially because the stay was very cheap! The owners are a family who will do anything to assure your stay and make you feel welcomed, their staff speak english and are so... More
