“Ocna is the town, but”

Just to clarify for possible visitors: Ocna Sibiului is just the town not the spa, in rumenian means something like "salt mine of Sibiu" and is an ancient settlement at least from roman empire when it was first started the salt mining here. We just had a weekend away to experience a Romanian Spa - the hotel was clean and service generally friendly. We made use of the mineral baths and spa services (massage) -other services are limited on the weekend but the massage was very good value. Breakfast was ok.
