We spent one night in Sibiu and booked a bigger room (79Euros) at the Council. We got room #201 directly under the roof with a huge sitting area and a nespresso machine in the room (be aware here they charge you for the espresso). The room was great with a panoramic view over Piata Mica. You are in the middle... More

While coming back from Prague because of the long drive we decided to spend a night here. Everything was wrong here and let me tell you what i didn't like: the room, the bathroom , the hotel, the parking space etc. When we arrived the lady at the front desk told us that we could park in Piata Mica and... We spent a night at The Council in June and we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located very centrally in Piata Mica and is surrounded by restaurants and bars (and even a Billa suparmarket on the corner). We had requested a room with 2 beds and we were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded... More

We stayed for one night in one of the superior rooms! The room was large, bright, nicely decorated. Coffee provided really tasteful. The location of the hotel is spot on, right in the center of Piata Mica, with a nice view. The bad was really large and very comfortable. We totally enjoyed the room and were able to benefit from... The location for this hotel is excellent - in the "Piata Mica". You can reach all the attractions easily by foot. The hotel and the rooms are rustic, clean well decorated. What I didn't like about this hotel: - at the ground floor there is a supermarket and the AC fan is making a lot of noise during the night... More

Spent 2 nights in ths hotel. It was raining a lot, so we were really glad that we booked there. The room is big, bed was very good, the best we saw in Romania until now, wi-fi was fast and with great signal and breakfest was very, very nice. For us, the only downside of this place was the shower.... More

Not a business hotel but a holiday hotel. Except for basic deluxe room the rooms seem oversize and have lots of character. Out the door to the Old Town and both squares for coffee, cakes, restaurants, beer or whatever. My only issue was poor internet which is why I rate it not as a business hotel. pricing seemed reasonable, owner... More

The location is perfect. I really appreciate to go downstairs directly on the Sibiu hart. the night view from the room was perfect. The breakfast was very good and we really appreciate the services, my small daughter was asking about Nutella and in 5 min was on the table. (Even I disagree eating this kind of food once -twice per... More
