We loved the chalet style Hotel Silva. It is a short walk through the tranquil Sub Arini park to Bulevardul Victoriei which becomes the cafe lined Strada Nicolae Balcescu which leads to Piata Mere. The rooms were clean, the English speaking staff was helpful, and the restaurant served excellent food.
