I stayed in the Old Town Hostel two years ago and liked it a lot. Therefore I booked it again for this years stay in Sibiu. However this time, instead of the four bed dorm I booked (the full four beds) we were displaced into a small appartment. It was away from the main square in a small road with... More

Stayed on the shared bedroom for a night. Great location, great view of the piata. The only downside is there is only one bathroom for 10 people and more. So we have to wait for others. The staff was friendly too and helped me with finding transport etc. worth coming back

We stayed in for two nights a few days ago. We had no reservation and happened to stumble across it while looking around for somewhere to stay. The lad on reception told us the double room(which we asked for) was 100m away. It was certainly not 100m away, definitely further but it wasn't too far. The room actually turned out... More

We arrived at the hostel on thursday and we had no reservations, but fortunately there was only one more tourist in the dorms. They told us to pick our 3 beds, so we picked the ones to the window. On friday we were out visiting Sighisoara, and when we returned at about 7 pm they told us we must move... More

Great accommodation for good prize in the heart of the city. Hostel is situated on first floor of a beautiful historical building. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms (we slept in shared a room) are spacious with windows overlooking the square, beds are comfortable (for us after 14 days in mountains it was very pleasant), bathrooms and WC´s are nice... We stayed in the private room for 2nights. The location couldn't be better! Upon arrival we were given tokens for two free beers at a bar across the road. They will also offer breakfast - eggs, coffee, juice for only 5lei! The kitchen is small but has all necessary facilities. Everything is very clean. The staff are helpful and approachable.... More

I came to Sibiu for work and I didn’t have a lot of time to search for a place. Somebody from Sibiu recommended me this hostel, they said it was cheap and in Piata Mica, which is in the center of Sibiu. Because of this I have to admit that the view was simply amazing and although it was right... More

The Old Town Hostel is well situated and is located above the Pharmacy Museum. The room I stayed in overlooked Piata Mica and was light and airy. It was quite noisy due to the open air cinema but this was not a major problem. Only two bathrooms which meant queues in the morning. Staff were extremely helpful and let us... More

It's a good-priced hostel in a centre of Sibiu. You can see beautiful Piata Mica through your window. Well, I'm pretty sure the hostel is situated in the best place possible. The room I slept in was huge, with a lot of beds. We obtained it for a few $ more for only four people, however it was in off-peak.... More
