We planned to spend a special vacation there,so we chose a room with an exit directly to swimming pool (one of the most expensive rooms).We were not happy to discover that room was not so nice like in pictures and the carpet was very dirty. The swimming pool was all the time covered (they said that's for keeping the water hot). Every time when you want to go to swimming pool you have to ask the staff to remove that cover and to wait a half of hour for this. And surprise! The water was very cold!!! The breakfast was poor, it was even impossible to get a coffee (they said the coffee machine didn't work). When we asked for a sauna, the staff was very unhappy. Realizing that we really disturb them, we decided to leave. But another surprise: they refused the card payment even if before they said it's accepted. So, we were forced to look for a bank to get cash. The location of this hotel is not nice, away of city center. Finally, we don't recommend Casa Elixia Sibiu. more
