Really Great hotel , Friendly efficient staff who went out of there way to help us , including going to the pharmacy to pick up some meds for us . Its great to find a hotel in Varna that actually seems to welcome foreign tourists. No two tier charging system which is still practised in too many hotels here. A very nice new and modern place with a fantastic location. Managed to get better rates over the phone rather than booking online. The staff was very helpful and was able to assist me with almost everything. When booking ask for a room on higher floor - the view is great. The breakfast was also very good.
