We stayed at the Hotel Berkut during our visit to the Bulgarian International Air Festival. The hotel is situated on a mountainside, far from all the noise of Plovdiv. Having a car is a must, but taxis are quite cheap, so they could be an alternative. Getting there is the difficult part (the village of Brestnik is close to the... more

Nice village, new hotel, and helpful staff "speaking English" 15 min. from Plovdiv, cost you 6-8 Bul-Luv by taxi or 1.30 Bul-Luv by bus to get to Plovdiv, will add more info latter. more
