It is rare to find a combination of historical architecture, great location in a superb old town, welcoming staff, fine dining, superb wine list; but Hebros is the complete boutique package. Museums, art galleries, quaint churches, atmospheric streets, architectural gems abound within a leisurely stroll. The return home to a pleasant garden setting with exquisite food and Dimitars friendly service

We stayed in this hotel two nights in july before our wedding! The atmosphere was great and our room (nr.9) was the one with the bathtub in the middle. The breakfast was good as well and overall we were very pleased with our stay. The only downside - my maid of honor not being able to get inside in the... More

Our three-night stay in the Hebros began with two surprises. First we were offered a welcome drink, which was nice and refreshing . Then we got our room which actually was an apartment of two connected rooms with a spa bath . The most important thing was the properly working air condition in both rooms, as the weather was extremely... More

Our two night stay at the Hotel Hebros far exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable, the service was stellar, and the restaurant was so good (a number of excellent dishes to choose from) the first night we had to repeat the second night. It was our place of comfort during our enjoyable stay in Plovdiv.

Don't book room 5 in the Summer. It is a modern single storey annex at the rear of the restaurant. It is dark, airless and very hot, the air on on full blast makes it survivable but not really bearable. The bathroom is up an awkward flight of steps that would be unsuitable for anyone with reduced mobility. The bathroom... More

Thanks to my NAVI, it brought us directly to Hotel Hebros! - Parking in front of the Hotel is secure, a warm welcome by the firendly staff. Our room was typical for this kind of houses from the 19.h century. (Like the Museum-houses nearby!) - First, I could not find a bathroom, but behind the wardrobe doors we found a... More

What a surprise! Very attentive and friendly personal. The old house (1800) is very unique, situated in the old town of Plovdiv. Very quietly situated. The beauty is the garden, where you can take your breakfast or diner, in a very romantic atmosphere. I can warmly recommend this hotel and restaurant!

We had two rooms with a bathroom in between them. There was plenty of room, but the beds were very, very uncomfortable. The bathroom was miniscule with insufficient counterspace. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The garbage truck woke me up one morning and people talking outside my window woke me up the next morning. The breakfast was... More

How can I fault a hotel that welcomes me dripping from the pouring rain, helps me get my family into the old centre, and offers me shelter from the storm! We were offered wine and water within moments, all the staff were exceptional and welcoming, helping with my four-year-old daughter, even through the chic restaurant we were not frowned upon... More
