The hotel is dead center which means that you do need to keep your windows closed for it to be quiet but that doesn't matter as there is enough heat/cold to regulate the room. I stayed here for two nights and found the place to be ok. My first impression was not entirely positive. The front desk staff's sense of hospitality could be improved on. Hotel Bulgaria is a first-rate accomodation. Great central location, clean modern rooms and a very helpful, multilingual desk staff round off the establishment. The only minus is its location along the pedestrian mall. Be very careful with your belongings. We were victim to little Roma girls who snatched a camera from inside a purse while we were walking. more
