This hotel is in a close walking distance to the city center and the old town without being right in the middle and noisy. The rooms are spacious. However, I would definitely recommend not ordering room service. There are not many options and what I did try, it was not very good. The wifi works okay most of the time,... More

This large hotel has rather dated decor. However it's been well maintained and is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding with a few details like cold fried gags detracting from its appeal. Despite minor issues would happily stay again.

I stayed here two nights. The lobby is large with a few interesting small mall of shops. Reception was friendly, efficient and quick; my room on the 9th floor was large, clean and comfortable. But don't walk straight to the room. Stop to take in the view of the city from the window by the lift as you get out.... More

Stayed two nights in this hotel and was very impressed. My expectations were exceeded. The ground floor/ reception area is vast - lounges, bar area (there is another bar downstairs) a small mall of shops and a long walkway to another exit from the hotel which provides access to the old town. The whole area is spotlessly clean and shimmers.... More

There are great views of the Old Town from this hotel, and it is an easy walking distance to the Old Town. Judged by Western European or American standards, this hotel is not close to being 5 stars. Here are some details. Stayed in a suite, consisting of a very large "living room" with a small bathroom with toilet and... More

The hotel ground floor is huge. It is a compound with scrambled shops and many halls and rooms for various functions. It is a modern hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent location !! You can reach almost any place in the city by foot. But there are some weak points: 1. The staff barely speaks English, a problem that... More

Classic business hotel outside the centre of plovdiv. I stayed here many times and always were satisfied. The large 24Hours guarded parking is a big plus if you travel by car. Classic rooms classic bulgarian service

Huge pool, sauna, hot tub, spa, but very small gym. There's a bowling alley and a shopping center inside the hotel, as well as two restaurants. This Novotel looks like it was once a five star (with its lavish decorations and affluent shops), but has since gone down hill. The cleaning service is subpar, though the cleaning ladies are nice.... Was here for a month stay and it was pretty comfortable. There is a restaurant and a few small shops that are attached. There are plenty of options for dining around the hotel as well. I would recommend this hotel for the traveler and as well for extended stay.

One of our preferred hotels when staying in Plodiv. Foyer is smart however rooms remain stuck in the past. Old style construction however very large rooms to offset. Four Seasons Restaurant is great for both local and internaitonal food although many other options within a short walk. Breakfast is good.
