The location is good for walking to all the sites in Mostar. It was a bit difficult to find and navigate in a car but we were able after several passes to stop on the narrow street and ring the gate bell. We parked several blocks away in the "hotel parking" which was adequate as there is no parking anywhere... More

Dating back to 1871, this elegant hotel has 12 rooms, each one uniquely decorated in a classic Turkish style. A working museum, the hotel rooms are interpersed among the Ottoman museum rooms and displays. It's a lovely integration, and we felt priviledged to stay in this historic place. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds and... More

Yes, it's expensive for Mostar, but Muslibegovic house is a wonderful place to stay. It's quiet, clean, nicely appointed, and most importantly, all of the staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. On the day of our departure our car had a flat tire, and everyone at Muslibegovic house went out of their way to help us fix the situation for... More

This magnificent Turkish style house is set on the East side of Mostar, a short walk from the old town. Set in its own small grounds, this hotel offers a glimpse of how some more affluent Mostar residents lived in the past. From the warm greetings upon arrival to our departure the next day, the staff we encountered were wonderful.... More

This is a refurbished Ottoman home, but with everything you need, like shower, hair drier, etc. Rooms are a bit small, but very cute. Quiet street about 3 blocks walk to the main sights. Nice breakfast buffet included. Friendly staff. Suggested restaurants and probably can arrange tours or a car. You must pay in cash, but they let you know... More

We found this hotel accidentally and are so grateful that we did. If you like the idea of staying in a 300 year old home converted to a hotel this is the place. The Ottoman style home has been in the same family for 9 generations and they still live there. But luckily for us they also rent out charmingly... More

Very much drawn by the history and lineage of this beautiful house, we were charmed by the incredible hospitality and warm, gracious welcome from our host and her attention to detail. The house as a small hotel seems to run like a well oiled machine, with quiet efficiency and high standards. Upon arrival we were personally escorted to free parking,... More

The hotel is a museum. Definitely must stay in Mostar! Beautiful, clean rooms, really exceptional location, free tour of the house included to the price. Few block from the old town. Highly recommended!

It's great to be in the house and surrounded by history. I don't agree with Expedia travel that it is one of the top 10 places to stay in the world but nonetheless it is comfortable and a convenient location. The staff are very helpful and there is someone around until 10pm. It is a 5 minute walk to the... More

Let's first clarify that this is not a standard hotel structure but an old Muslim house that's been preserved through the centuries and turned into a small hotel The building is 300 years old and they did have different standards at the time So if you're after large bathrooms and bedrooms and mini bars and room service do not go...
