After visiting Spain and deciding that the monument hotels there were too expensive, we jumped at the chance to stay here while visiting Mostar. It was a fantastic place to stay. The room was gorgeous, our bed was comfortable, and the courtyard outside was beautiful. There were people out in the courtyard a bit into the evening, so if you... More

This was one of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had. From the moment we opened the original wooden door and stepped into the courtyard, we were amazed. The employees could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with tea and a tour of the museum and then shown to our room. In addition, we... More

One of the most rememberable hotels that I have stayed at. Location and services are very nice; just off the town centre and easy to explore on foot. Only stayed there one night while visiting Mostar for one day. Parking was provided free of charge close by. A perfect option to explore the town and experience a unique piece of... More

What a great place! An Ottoman house turned museum and hotel. The rooms are within the museum itself and furnished in the same style. It is quiet and calm and lovely. It is a first-hand experience of the city's history. A calm courtyard leads to several parts of the house - with rooms to stay dotted within all of them.... More

Fantastic small family hotel in museum, centrally located in Mostar, not far from the old bridge. Very good and personal service from owner and staff. Thank you to helpful Sanela. Great court yard. Excellent breakfast in beautiful breakfast room. Beautiful rooms, old tradition. Great for those who want to see something authentic Bosnian Herzegovinian. Very good value for money. Look... More

We had some trouble finding this historic home, because the city of Mostar is still rebuilding and there are precious few street signs. But when we finally arrived, tired and thirsty from the drive up from Dubrovnik, we were greeted by a green courtyard lush with fruits, a cool interior and a glass of water. The gracious staff, all of... More

Thus is probably one of the most unique stays of our life, and we "sleep" lots if places! So sad we only stayed one night. Not only is Mostar a wonderful place to soak in history but this "hotel" is an experience all in itself! Charming courtyard to relax, read or sip wine, the rooms are charming, unique and spotless!... This is a superb and truly unique place to stay. We were on the top floor in a gorgeous suite with great views over Mostar. Lovely building, such a novelty to stay in a museum (!), great hosts and the breakfasts were good.

The Bosnian National Monument Muslibegovic House is unique - part museum and part hotel. The building has been carefully and lovingly restored providing a flavour of Ottoman houses. The en suite bedrooms are individually furnished and equipped with TV and air conditioning. Good breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is situated on a quiet... More
