To say this is Mostar’s best hotel would only be telling half the story. Wake up in a charming calming room (ours was turquoise, the colour of the Neretva river that runs through this beautiful small city) to the sound of call to prayer. Breakfast is late-ish, from 8 til 10, a fresh buffet that includes boiled eggs, fruit and... more

Muslibegovic House is a very good homestay hotel in Mostar and we can only recommend it. We went by bus to Mostar and found the hotel very easily as it is only a short walk from the railway and bus station. The guide showed us the house and told us about its history and it was a very fascinating stay.... more

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was very personal (I think we were greeted by the owners and their family) and they seemed very eager to ensure our night in Mostar was the best. The house has been restored well and is very close to the bridge and the old town. Breakfast in a pretty little courtyard was... more

Hello all. We stayed in Muslibegovis house last 29 and 30 july. I can only say a word: perfect. A very lovely house, a privilege to sleep in an old museum with all the modern comfort. Tha hotel manager is extremely friendly. Our son 7 years old was ill, 39 degrees temperature. He took us to the hospital, entered with... more

Although somewhat tricky to find, the Muslibegovic House is worth the effort. Located not far from the Mostar bridge, yet somewhat off the beaten path, the hotel provides a welcome respite from both the heat and the crowds. The friendly owner speaks multiple languages and is very helpful. Our suite was quite large and beautifully furnished in Ottoman style, befitting... more

We are looking for hotel for longer than 2 hours. When we found there was no hotel parking. Room price is agreed at the 65 Euro 85 Euro departure. Breakfast poor. Staff not kind. Room and bathroom smells, air conditioning not working well more

A real gem

This hotel is beautiful - set behind high walls in lovely, flowery courtyards. The hotel has some display rooms, showing how an Ottoman Mansion would have looked in days gone by (visitors can visit these rooms without staying here) and there are guest rooms. Ours was huge, had a high ceiling and dramatic furniture, including a four poster bed. The... more

Mostar was probably the highlight of our trip around the Balkans even though I hadn't been that keen on going across from Monte Negro to Bosnia. It is a truly enchanting town once you get through the shabby suburbs. The hotel is a former ottoman mansion with all its original features. Our room had a four poster and some lovely... more

The museum / hotel is set in a beautiful, walled complex. It was perfect for us as we wanted to see the bridge but get away from the throngs of tourists in the heat of the day. The staff were helpful and nice and gave us a tour of the museum too. Although you can find accommodation for much much... more

I was in Mostar for one night with my wife (who didn't want to go to Mostar in the first place) and chose this hotel from the previous recommendations on TripAdvisor. And it was excellent. Nice, small hotel with a friendly owner and a decent breakfast the next morning. I felt like splashing out and went for the Pasha Suite... more
