Close to main attractions of Mostar - easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly - when we were looking at historic photos on the wall they came up to tell us about them. Room was big and comfortable, bathroom OK. We had a great view of the river and town. Wifi in the room was good. There was a little... More

Situated right beside the river directly across from the ruins Nerevta Hotel. Only a 5 min walk from the old town. Large bright room with a balcony overlooking the river. Bathroom a bit small but plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Good wifi in room. Let down by having very limited parking. Plenty of fresh fruit at breakfast (cherries &... More

We enjoyed a one night stay in the Bristol, a contemporary rebuild of the classic hotel destroyed in the 1990s conflict. Its location on the west bank of the Nerevta is good, less than a ten minute walk from the historic centre but also close to many damaged buildings awaiting reconstruction. The public areas are relatively spacious and the terrace... More

This hotel is well situated in city center and the greatest flow it has is lack of parking lot. It overlooks Neretva river (if you get that side of the hotel) and ruin of former hotel Neretva on other side of the river. This may be a shocking view to some, but for those who understand what happened in Bosnia... More

Hotel Bristol is located in the walking distance from the Old town which makes it acceptable place to stay at. I stayed in this hotel several times and I definitely noticed difference in the service during those several years. It went from awesome to average unfortunately. However I would still recommend it because it is still decent hotel. Rooms are... More

On our way back to our car after visiting Mostar we stopped by the Bristol for coffee. Excellent Cappuccino, and a generous slice of Cherry Cheesecake ended our day on a pleasant note! Good service, very nice tableware and great value for the Euro!

We walked to the old part of town, and crossed the famous bridge! Our group had a nice dinner outside, it started to sprinkle and we thought we would have to run inside, but the manager came out and rolled out the awning ! Life was good again! Walked back to the Hotel and sat outside on the deck area.... More

We stayed here one night. Room was fine, no problems other than the shower was handheld with no option to have it held at a fixed spot. We did have problems with the Wi Fi when outside on the patio. Our Tour Guide told us that accommodations are limited in Mostar that this was the best option available. I would... More

This hotel was one of only a few good hotels in Mostar. The room was dated but otherwise reasonable and the breakfast was fine. We had no issues with the WIFI that others mentioned nor the cigarette smell issues either. They have reduced pricing to park your car in a lot a few blocks away. We travel quite a lot... More

We stayed here as part of a Rick Steve's tour. The wifi only worked in some of the rooms and in the lobby. The room smelled really badly of cigarettes, even though it was non smoking. The duvet covers were left on the bed with no duvets in them. We found them in a closet in the morning after we... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel ''Bristol'' is located in the center of Mostar,on the right bank of the river Neretva, right next to the Tito's bridge. Central location of the hotel provides You a quick access to all city parts, with a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel to all important places in the city. The Old Bridge and the Old Town, railway and bus station, shopping center, banks, post office, university, discotheque, restaurants, theaters are within walking distance. Hotel can provide transport to all important touristic destinations in our surrounding, such as Medugorje (25 km), Blagaj (12km), Pocitelj (47 km). The''Bristol''hotel is a well known institution with long tradition that dates from the Austrian-Hungarian period, but as a modern building it was opened in 1906, as the third built hotel in Mostar. Its appearance, in which were woven Gothic architectural elements of building, adorned the initial site of the right bank of the river Neretva. Hotel Bristol now, after the last renovation in 2008, according to our guests emanates the warmth of home, which is our main goal - we want to make every guest feel at home. Motivation of our work is based on a fact that one builds business on satisfied guests who return and bring their friends with them. A young team and a friendly collective make the best product which our guests certainly recognize and provide us the best possible reward, their loyalty. We also support many cultural and sports-events that are held in our city and we have excellent cooperation with many cultural and sports associations. Our goal is to bring more people to recognize the quality of our offer, and in this sense we have decided for the first time to attend one of the largest tourism fairs Emitt which is organized in Istanbul in the period from January 30 to February 2, 2014, where we will present our hotel, the city and the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the best possible way. We also want to improve our services and offers, and accordingly we're building one more meeting room and we're renovating our restaurant'' Labyrinth'' which is located on the left bank of the Neretva River in the Old Town. Restaurant '' Labyrinth'' has a total capacity of 170 seats, 130 seats from this number on the terrace which offers a beautiful view of the Old Bridge. In order to improve the service and quality in addition to grilled dishes, as well as national and international meals restaurant '' Labyrinth'' will offer its guests dishes prepared under a baking lid. We believe that the continued low investments and analysis of needs of the very guests is the safe path to success. ... more   less
