A small family run place where we enjoyed B & B arrangement to our satisfaction. Clean and comfortable accommodation with sumptuous breakfast in a restored mansion located near the famous Old Mostar Bridge made us happy. The people running the establishment are warm and helpful.

Clean and modern hotel, very friendly staff and the perfect location for walking into the old town and Stari Most. Lovely breakfast with everything you could ask for in a hotel breakfast! The hotel seems family-run and everything has been done with a lot of care and love. Amazing roof-top terrace with great views over the historical city of Mostar... More

The location is great, very close to the old town. the staff members we met were all very hepful and supportive the rooftop terrace is simply wonderful :) the only slight issue was that some guests were having issues opening the front door and were practically banging it from outside and having the first room right at the entrance it... I highly recommend the Shangri La as it's a lovely hotel that's fairly new with very attentive owners that is a perfect location to get to the old town sites. The hotel itself is in an old war-ruined mansion that the owners purchased and have renovated to new. Each room has it's own personality and all are very nice with... More

Visited in summer and the air conditioning was really awesome to have. It is just a short hike from the bazaar and features a lovely terrace overlooking the city of Mostar. Owners are courteous and friendly. Great price for a homely pad in this historic city! Recommended.

This is a little gem of a hotel. We received a warm greeting on arrival and the owners were helpful and knowledgable. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the wifi signal was good. It was also nice and quiet. The hotel is situated in a great location only a few minutes' walk from the old town... More

The best hotel experience I have had for a long time. The owners are both friendly and helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. Just plain hospitable! The rooms are modern, well-designed and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is worth the stay. The breakfast is excellent, right down to the choice of music. I'd go out... More

The small signboard on the main road led us up a fairly steep and narrow road flanked by bullet riddled battle scarred ruined buildings. The warmth of the owners was a stark contrast from the environs. The triple room we got was of decent size, comfortable with a decent sized bathroom. The breakfast room in the ground floor was cozy... More

Hidden up a short, but steep, unmade alley next to a war-damaged building lies the warm welcome from Ivan and his wife. The hotel is very tastefully restored, the rooms spotlessly clean and there is a wonderful roof terrace. Ivan and his wife are especially welcoming and helpful but are in no way intrusive or 'gushing'. Breakfast was excellent. Do go.
