We found this B&B fairly easily, and felt that our rental car was safe inside the parking area of this B&B - the gate closed at night. Nela greeted us warmly with wine and cappuccinos and then we took off to explore Mostar. There is a wonderful restaurant overlooking the river just a few yards down from Villa Fortuna. The... More

This place is amazing. Upon our arrival, the owner Nela offered us a welcome drink. I have to say that Nela was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay and made it quite memorable. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to see.
The location is superb and very central. Just few minutes walking from the Old Bridge.... More

We had a one night stay in Mostar and I'm so glad we chose Villa Fortuna. We had a rental car, they provide parking which felt very safe. The AC was cold (very much needed for hot Mostar). It is at a convenient location, very close to Old Town but quiet. The host/owner was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was... More

Just back from a 4 week trip to Slovenia, Croatia and one night in Bosnia. This inn is a great value, Clean, quiet, great location, delicious breakfast and gracious host. We arrived in the afternoon and were offered drinks in the garden cottage. Had a lovely chat with the host and her assistant. Walked around town in the late afternoon... More

Don't be put off by the area and entrance to the Villa Fortuna. Mostar has had a rough few years and this little B and B is pretty good considering the state of the town and the obvious economic situation there. The room was clean and though sparsely furnished, perfectly adequate for our one night stay. The ladies on duty... More

We stayed here for one night and the location was perfect! The gardens and the cabin were gorgeous, and the breakfast lovely. The staff are super helpful and gave me local cherries to try with my breakfast. A great spot as we had a room with a balcony, small sitting/lounge and kitchen area so we had room to move and... Stayed here for one night while passing through Mostar. The facility is new and modern and the room was clean. The price was very good at about $45. It included free wifi; we elected not to have breakfast though (5Euro).The location was a 5min walk to the bridge. There was a refer and safe in the room. There was gated parking... More

Was not that impressed with the hotel initially when I reviewed the tripadvisor photos only..... But booked anyway based on TA reviews, & yes the reviews were all right, this is THE place to stay in Mostar. The 2 hour drive in from the Sarajevo airport was beautiful, passed by gorgeous emerald rivers & stunning sky-scraping karst mountains, all narrated... More

I have stayed here twice and was welcomed back as a friend on my second visit. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable that they give the personal touch which makes any hotel or B&B special. The location is great, too.

Even though I only stayed for one night, got a really warm and friendly welcome. The guest house is close to the bridge and the old town. In a really quiet and peaceful area. It took me around 15 minutes to walk to the bus / train station. Room is basic but comfortable. Very clean. Had an early start so... More
