We found Villa Fortuna to meet all of our needs for a night in Mostar. It was a short walk to the Old Town and easy to navigate our way back after dark. It only has 8 rooms and Nela, the owner was very friendly and helpful with directions and information. We had a nice breakfast with other guests. It... More

Great service very close to old city would certainly stay there again and recommend to my friends. Only a couple of hundred meters to old city. We were upgraded at no cost to a larger room because as family we booked 2 rooms.

We had a very nice stay at Villa Fortuna during our visit to Mostar. Warmly welcoming us at the door upon our arrival, the small staff remained very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Nina, in particular, was so helpful and always delightfully cheerful. We talked with her several times during our short visit and it was quite apparent that... More

My husband and I just returned from 18 days traveling through Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. When we arrived in Mostar, I was a bit nervous and worried because of how the city looks as a result of the civil war 20 years ago. Lots of broken down buildings and graffiti everywhere. We had a hard time finding this place, so... More

I spent two wonderful nights here. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Stari Most and the shops, bars and attractions of the historic section of Mostar. Well furnished and beautifully decorated by the owners, I found my room one of the nicest I had stayed at on this trip which included many hotels in France, Italy... More

We travelled through the Balkans for a couple of weeks with a small group, and this was easily the nicest place we stayed in. The villa is tucked away from the main street so all the rooms are quiet. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by the cool air-conditioned atmosphere and the lovely Nela who could not have... More

This B&B has a good location very close to the bridge. The breakfast is very good as well. The staff was very helpful both before we arrived in answering our questions by email and while we were staying there.

This hotel is a short stroll from the Old Town of Mostar. It is delightfully presented utilising local influences. It has a warm friendly feel. The service is excellent. The owner went out of her way to help us, including organising our next accomodation. Would strongly recommend it to anyone and would stay here again on our next visit to... More

This is a lovely hotel, professionally run but retains a real warmth and charm. The garden is pretty and is perfect place to relax outside after a day or sightseeing. Rooms are spotless. Breakfast is varied and plentiful.

We found this B&B fairly easily, and felt that our rental car was safe inside the parking area of this B&B - the gate closed at night. Nela greeted us warmly with wine and cappuccinos and then we took off to explore Mostar. There is a wonderful restaurant overlooking the river just a few yards down from Villa Fortuna. The... More
