We stayed in Villa Fortuna in September 2014 and were absolutely delighted with the Welcome we received from the Villa Fortuna staff. They were so helpful and kind. The hotel is excellently located right beside the old town. The rooms were very comfortable and we all loved the breakfast (especially the coffee and the fresh bread). Our teenage daughters were... We arrived at 0930 by an early train from Sarajevo and were met by the friendly owner who offered us tea and biscuits in the little garden while the room was made ready. It doesn't look like much from outside but is charming inside. The room is charming and straightforward, with all you need for a short stay and a view... More

This is a very nice and modern place to stay with very nice owner and staff, and only 5 minutes from Old Town Mostar and the Bridge. They have parking that is challenging to get into, but the staff moved our car in and then out the next day. Villa Fortuna was highly recommended to us and exceeded expectations.

If you come to Mostar, you must stay in this beautiful B + B. The owner is very helpful (even providing parking instructions to help us squeeze between the buildings to park). The courtyard in the back of the home is a beautiful place to relax and cool down with a drink after a hot day of sightseeing. The location... More

The hotel is wonderfully designed with a little garden. Close to the Old Town. Nicely decorated rooms. Clean. Delicious and for the region typical breakfast. Very nice service. The all over impression is a hilarious one!

Warm reception. CLEAN hotel. Cozy and quaint. We were greeted warmly and given a tour of the hotel (courtyard and breakfast area) and our room. Super friendly and really genuine people. After driving from Dubrovnik, Croatia we received a warm welcome to Villa Fortuna. Drinks were offered and we relaxed in the quiet, shady courtyard. Nela and her staff were gracious and helpful. Cleanliness throughout. Peaceful sleeping and delicious breakfast. Location is perfect for a short walk to Mostar bridge. Interesting family and area history. Nela and staff care about their... More

This hidden gem is not easy to find as the small hotel is accessible only via a quite narrow entrance that allows you to impressively demonstrate your driving and parking skills. After having managed this little challenge you will be greeted by the friendly, helpful and multilingual staff. Rooms are impeccably clean, some come with balcony from where you can... More

My wife and I both thoroughly loved staying at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, considerate and helpful. Nellie (the owner) was a joy to talk with and get to know. We learned so much of what has happened here in Mostar as well as Bosnia in general. Her staff were helpful in every way, from the check... More
