Hello, if you are visiting Mostar, don't bother looking elsewhere. This is the friendliest hostel i've ever been in. It's more like a home than a hostel. :) It's 10 min walk from the train/bus station, centrally located and great value for money. Majda is super amazing and she'll make sure you get a real Bosnian welcome. While you are... More

The atmosphere in this hostel is amazing, relaxed, friendly and homely with a great outside common area. Batas tour is totally worth the money. You get to see the main attractions around Mostar including kravice waterfalls! Staff are super friendly. I can't fault anything about this hostel.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very homey feel. It essentially is a home and Majda and her incredible family and friends treat you like one of them. It's wonderful. 15 minute walk to old town and Stari Most. Supermarket very close. You must, absolutely must, do Bata's day tour. Bata is Majda's crazy brother and he... More

This is less like a hostel and more like staying with your kind aunt, I was welcomed with juice and cake upon arrival. The bathrooms are extremely clean. Wifi (which is a human right) is avaliable throughout the whole hostel. The dorms are spacious. The common area is perfect for meeting other travellers. The hostel is a short walk from... More

This was by far the best experience I've ever had in a hostel. I read the reviews before reserving my stay in Mostar, so I booked 4 nights which turned out to be perfect. The owner, Majda, is so kind and welcoming and treats her guests like family. The hostel is very clean but also cozy. The living room and... More

I stayed for only 2 nites, that's because I'm on a tight timeframe, and also the fact I don't think there's that much to do, however I would stay longer for the fact that it feels just like home. Majda is like mum, she welcomes and really looks after you, she makes time to provide her guests with history and... More

Definitely one of the cleanest hostels I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot...). The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Very good place to chill, away from all the tourists that visit stari most, but still very close to the old bridge and the old town. Only a 5 minute walk from the bus station.

Had an amazing stay at this hostel! Majda is such a welcoming and friendly host, providing excellent local knowledge, traditional Bosnian breakfast and refreshments and a warm hospitality. The hostel manages to achieve a perfect blend of cosy and communal and making friends here is easy. I also highly recommend doing the tour with Bata, because he is an excellent... More

Upon many recommendation my friend and I dated two nights at Majda's Hostel. As we arrived in the morning were kindly greeted with tea and a traditional Bosnian breakfast. Going on Bata's tour is strongly recommended! Worth the 30€ for sure! He sheds light on some very poignant details of war history! This 11hr tour is not just about the... More

Stayed here because of the fantastic reviews and was not disappointed. We were welcomed by Majda on arrival and given an iced tea after a long journey, which was a great start! Throughout our stay we felt at home and Majda built up a friendly relationship with all of her guests, making our stay extra special. The dorm rooms were... More
