The staff is relatively friendly and knows how to treat guests but can't really say that they make an extra step to wow the guests. For a capital city hotel - the price is just perfect... But yes, it is old hotel. Beds are ok but again - respond to the price.

The staff are delightful but the hotel is old tired and depressing. Dreadful bathrooms, leaking shower, laundry service available but staff couldnt provide any paperwork, rooms dark and depressing, whole place feels grubby - barely 3 stars. Needs a major refurb. Even in Kosovo you can do much better

My office booked me here since their preferred hotel was unavailable. I've stayed in worse hotels, but for this area of the world, I expected more. My room was small with an old gold 70ish bed spread. The tv was nonfunctional and old; but replaced at the end of my visit. Breakfast was bad. I had cereal, but nothing seemed... More

I was only staying in Pristina for a couple of nights, and this place really met my expectations. Whilst it is advertised as a four-star, I would probably say it's more high 3-star, but still, the room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was effective. The price was a little more than some of... More

This suppose to be 3 star property but is advertised like 4 star. Location is convinient, almost in the heart of the city. Staff is friendly with good knowledge of English and Serbian languague. Rooms well equipped but old and outdated.Opposite the lobby there is a restaurant where breakfast is served.Food generally OK. In my opinion better choose other option when... More

This is a nice family run hotel within easy distance of the centre of Pristina. The rooms are comfortable, staff helpful with good English. They were particularly speedy in dealing with my queries on Pristina and arranged transport to and from the airport. Comfortable rooms and good local breakfast table.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The exterior looks nice but the interior is shaby and low quality. In my room there were two hair dryers but non of them did work. The room was very spacious but bed wasn't that good. Also the bathroom did not have any curtain so after taking a shower in jacuzzi-like bathtub, the... More

I stayed at the hotel for a week on a business trip, and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The room was very clean, the staff all spoke English and were exceptionally friendly and helpful (when I realize my laptop plug did not fit the local power sockets, the staff turned the hotel upside down trying...
