Stayed for 6 nights recently on business. The rooms were clean and comfortable (lot's of nice amenities). Fast and free Wifi throughout hotel. The breakfast and machiattos were a wonderful start to each day; the pool, saunas and gym were a wonderful end to each day. Nightly turndown service and house staff made for a comfortable stay. The hotel is an... More

I traveled here with a group of interesting professionals set on exploring Kosova and its surroundings. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. When it rained, there were umbrellas. When we were running late, there were boiled eggs. These are the touches, ah yes, that I value. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I don't know what other fare... More

I spend on average six months a year in 4 or 5 star hotel for business and pleasure. While on holiday with my partner in the Balkan in august 2014 we stayed at the Swiss Diamond hotel in Pristina. This hotel is the best one in the Balkan. The service is impeccable, the location is perfect to visit the city... More

A little difficult to find but once you do, prepare to be impressed. Our GPS took us to the center of Pristina and 1 block away from the hotel, but then a street was blocked and we ended up driving around trying to figure out how to get to it. Pulled up to the front drive and the doorman greeted... More

Stayed here for 4 nights on business. Big comfortable room with free fast wifi. Restaurant and bar good quality and very reasonably priced. Pool, sauna and gym in spa all top quality. Hotel Merc collected me from airport and wasn't much more than a local cab! Great spot right in centre of Pristina near bars and Restaurants.

its a great hotel, with very friendly and ready to help stuff, the rooms are beautiful, from mine i could see the fountain down where the kids played with the colour lights., ask for a high floor if you can but never higher than 9th floor so as to enjoy the life on the Nene Terza boulevard. Plenty of bars... More

Lovely place in central Pristina. Large, warm, older style lobby, Pleasant reception. Room was clean, large, and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and had a nice, large shower. Had a balcony but it had 1/4 inch of standing water and some discarded bird wings floating about. Easy access to the local cafe's. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent.... More

It is like a luxury oasis in after-war city. Pristina is beautiful, actually, but nothing to see, honestly. People are friendly generally. The hotel is kinda luxury with perfect breakfast, nice staff, good rooms and strange guests. No tourists, of course. Nowhere. Except of us. You will never regret if decide to visit this small brand-new country.

Very well located In the center of Pristina, close to the major international restaurants area. The hotel has a friendly staff in general, a good breakfast and good spa facilities! Superior rooms are great!! Big and spacious, with great bathrooms and balcony. Regular rooms not so good in comparison to the price you pay.. smaller beds, without bathtub and without... More
