It's location is perfect, when you enter the entrance of old town, you see the hotel. The breakfast was good, staff was very helpfull, they have transfer services to/from airport (with additional charge) and it was comfortable. The restaurant of hotel was delicious, we had dinner there and we enjoyed all our meal.

This small hotel is the hub around which the old walled city revolves. Situated in the main square, it is within walking distance of everything that old Kotor has to offer. The hotel breakfast is wonderful, especially the in-house pastries like burek & strudel. Our room overlooked the main square & had a small terrace, which was lovely at this... More

We had a lovely time at Hotel Vardar this weekend. Kotor is best in the autumn when the hordes of tourists are slightly less. The food and service at the hotel were excellent, the bed big and comfy and it was a great location just inside the city gates. The service was professional and quick.

I would never just slash a place, but considering everyone gives this place good reviews, I'd like to add some color. This is right in the heart of touristville. Many people must just stop here. A aid it for just that reason, but then add bad service and food, well, you get the picture. Kotor is a great town, explore... More

We would give Hotel Vardar a 5 without a doubt, based on the quality of the hotel, staff and food. Sadly the noise from the adjacent bar kept us up until 1am every night. The hotel staff did try to move us to another room but we had gone for a suite and the options were smaller and not as... More

My father, husband and I stayed here for a night and were warmly welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. Milena the receptionist could not have been more helpful and the Manageress Bo"J"ana ensured that everything ran smoothly. The hotel is situated in a super location, central to everything and yet quiet. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Would stay... More

We did not stay at the Vardar but we did eat at the restaurant on two occasions and had a delicious meal both times. The service was very friendly and prompt and the location of the outdoor seating area, on Arms Square, is just perfect. The food was hot and tasty. The toilet facilities were clean.

Paid for a junior suite which is just a big room with 2 chairs. Has been nicely decorated at some point but carpet badly stained. Toilet was soiled on arrival. Good but noisy location. Definitely not worth the price. Receptionist did not have great English. Yes I know I don't speak their language but I don't work in a hotel.

Our room n.103 was beautiful but very dark. Just one window in the corner not sufficient light. Big confortable bed. Big shower. Nice interiors and elegant furniture. Breakfast so so... Position perfect

The good thing: location and bathroom. The room was very dark and although we asked for a non smoking room there was an intense smell of smoke of cigarettes. Not very comfortable as there was only a very small window which you couldn't leave open during the night because of all the loud music coming from nearby bars. Breakfast: come... More
