I arrived at Kotor by bus and the old town is about 15 minutes walking. The hotel is really in the center of the old town and so a perfect location to explore Kotor. The building is not new but the accomodation even though not very cosy is not bad. The breakfast in adeguate. Even if the hotel is in... More

The location of this hotel within the city walls is excellent. The rooms are large and very clean though probably needing an update but still good value for money. I travelled out of the main season and this hotel was an excellent base and I found no problem with noise issues. The breakfast was adequate although it was disconcerting to... More

How anyone could have rated this hotel as 'excellent' or 'very good' is beyond me. The location in Old Town Kotor is its only redeeming quality. The hotel has so much potential from the outside, a beautiful 17th century stone building in an open area...but then you walk in to a dated, dank, dingy interior. The corridors are dark and... More

This hotel is located within the walls of the old town, so it's very convenient if you want to be located here. There's no car access, so if you come by taxi you'll be dropped outside the gate and have a short walk. Rooms are clean and satisfactory, but fairly basic. Breakfast was fine although nothing special. The free internet... More

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and if you compare the prices with other hotels in the old town you will find this great value. The noise can be an issue, but it does depend on the room so worth checking with the hotel. Breakfast is good, with freshly cooked options. If... More

On arrival we were given Room 24 - the room with a Juliet balcony overlooking streets of Kotor. Fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff, excellent value for money for a Kotor old town hotel. Breakfasts not great but plenty of cafes nearby. Room clean and very comfortable, although bathroom could have extractor fan. But these are small issues in otherwise... More

When I arrived, I wanted to stay 4 nights. All of the other hotels in old town charge around 70 euros per night. The hotel was going to charge 50 until I told them my length of stay and so they lowered the price to 30 a night. The staff was incredibly friendly. My veranda faced the street with an... More

We were booked in here as part of a driving holiday which wasn't the best of ideas as parking around Kotor is difficult - essentially you have to accept that it will cost 1 euro an hour even overnight. The hotel is centrally located within the old town but suffers from being in a narrow street which echoes noise particularly... More

Placed in the center of the old town, the hotel offers spacious rooms within easy walking distance of everything. The staff is helpful, the breakfast good. There is free WI-FI, however as you get up to 2nd and 3rd floor the signal strength weakens. Hardly access on 3rd floor. The noise from the street is staggering, so earplugs is a... More

On reaching my room in this hotel, it became clear that the rate I paid reflected the location of the hotel in the heart of old Kotor. While the bedroom was clean, decor was basic and jaded. More importantly, the air conditioning seemed not to be working. Breakfast was poor. In summary, this was not particularly good value for money.
