Nice looking lobby, but suites are not worth the money. Bathtub small, plastic, leaking water ( not only my room but my friends room ) no wireless internet in rooms. Swimming pool small, not staff down there ect. Good Hotel but not woth their 5 stars! more

i travel to novisad 2-3 times yearly for bussiness...i always stay there...it is super...the price of a two bedded room is around 84euros.....breakfast super....nice rooms...free internet and wifi at the lobby....the spa is great...the pool nice...the is a night club just next to the hotel.......every time i go i love it more more

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star not even 4.We arrived on Sunday and stayed until Wednesday.We stayed in room 215,which was extremely small.Following day I have noticed dump below the window,pillow case had giant perforation.On Tuesday evening We spotted cookroach in the bathroom.When I rang the reception to report this receptionist was wery rude.I definately would not recomend... more

Excellent hotel for a short stay ! Allways check out the night club in the basement as I was pleasantly surprised to enter a jam packed club on a Wednesday night at 2:00 AM ! Great crowd & Great athmosphere ! more
