This establishment was the highlight of the places visited in Crimea with respect to the location, the quality of food, facilities and accommodation. It has a fantastic spa, but is also child friendly. It occupies a very large space which can accommodate tranquility and family fun without having disturbed one another. The beach bar was amazing, and the beach is... More

Beautiful hotel, excellent service and the view and pool area are fantastic ! Prices are very high for international standards but this is the problem of lack of hotel infraestructure in the region and of three star hotels ... no foreigners other than russian tourists, only few members of the personnel speak english but they are helpful.

I attended a 4-day seminar at this hotel resort, and I don't remember the last time I enjoyed a work location more. The rooms are a dream (massive!) and the facilities are second to none. Add to that the idyllic loction, you reallt could not ask for more! The restaurants are excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I... More

Everything is really corresponding to highest level of accomodation from clean room to excellent breakfast + unbeliveable view from balcony and terraces. It isn't easy to find disadvantages, may be only a small size of the beach.

I had the worste experience in my life. I am working in the hotel business more then 12 years. I made a reservation through the travel agency. I booked Palmira Palace hotel for my parents. They should arrive to the hotel 03/09/12. I booked and paid for everything in April. 10 days before the arrival date of my parents I... More

Lovely place!I think that this is the best hotel in the Crimea for family trips with smaller kids. Great view from the rooms, large terraces, see water pools with slides. sports, gym, medical center with great specialist, including the ones for kids, kids club, very friendly stuff, plenty of toys at the beach. One can have the lunch served at... More

It's beign marketed as a "luxury" choice for the summer and spa destination for a winter in Ukraine. The location is fine, very close to Yalta though you still need a taxi as there is no public transport/shuttle service from the hotel. The multistorey building will leave you with sea-view (expect to pay the same price either for ground or... More

This hotel location is spetacular: in front of the Black Sea. You can beat that. Wake up in the morning with a great view give this hotel the four stars alone. The rooms are very confortable, clean and well decorated. You have A/C that keeps the room coool enough, but you don't have control over the temperature. The bathroom could... More

Surprisingly, Palmira Palace hotel has welcomed us with a great hospitality. The location is perfect, and the hotel is unique for Crimea. The resort belongs to 3 most expensive properties in the Crimea. In high season you can get a brilliant room with a sea view for 200 USD/night, incl a breakfast. There are some options when you can get... More

Stayed a few nights in December. Superb location and marvellous vues from my balcony ; mountains and sea.; 5 stars service with much kindness. Good food and nice breakfast included in room price. Pricing of rooms attractive in low season. Old fashioned hotel and rooms with character. and very clean. Corridors and rooms a bit smelly because of carpets I... More
