Arrived in Lviv late in the evening and luckily found this renovated hotel. A bit more pricy than planned but it was worth it. Very nice rooms and a restaurant with honours. Only 1 night there, but I felt really rested when I left next morning. 24 hours guarded parking.

I loved everything about this hotel - the location is central but yet quiet, rooms are comfortable and have everything necessary for the short stay (even standard ones), staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfasts were so tasty and with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. There was a problem with windows which were rather old and sometimes we... More

I stayed on the renewed floor. 6th as far as I remember. And it is pretty nice. The other floors as far as I know are not that good. The rooms are new and good furnished. I like the style of interior. The food in restaurant is ok. The location is nice. You will need to have a little walk... More

Location is very good - close to the city center, but facing a park. Staff are very friendly and helpful and qualified - a rare thing to see in Ukraine. My room (a Standard one) was rather small, and lacked light, but with a nice bathroom. The Premier rooms look much better. The room was cleaned every day. The lobby... More

This was my second stay at the Dnister. The hotel is a slightly shabby, but clean Soviet era former Grand Lady that could use a facelift in some of the rooms. They are more used to Russian-speakers than English-speakers, but the staff generally speaks English well. Upon checking in I asked for a late checkout, since I had an early... More

Dear guest! Thank you very much for such a detailed review! You are totally right concerning the rooms of Standard category, as at the moment we don't have a possibility to renovate them. But only in 2012 we renovated the rooms of Premier category - they are equipped with the modern Italian furniture and have everything the guest may need... More

Outside it looks like a typical Soviet hotel. But the rooms are renovated and pleasantly surprised us with modern details. 32 inches LCD-TV, free Wi-Fi, Pascal Morrabito cosmetics in the bathroom and vanity mirror... Ukrainian cuisine with typical ukrainian dishes. More here would pool and spa, it would be super! ))

Dear Vladislav! Thank you for your positive review! We renovated hotel rooms of Premier category only in 2012. They are equipped with all the stuff our guests may need to feel comfortable and relaxed. Our breakfasts are our special pride, as we serve only Ukrainian fresh organic products. Thank you again for your remark concerning the façade of the hotel... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel and found the rooms to be comfortable. The hotel is close to the center of the town. It is about a 10 minute walk downhill the central area. We drove and had free parking in the front area of the hotel. The breakfast and service was very good in the hotel.

Stayed there for two nights in vacation. The hotel has a modern look and the staff speaks fluent english. Great position, just a few minutes walk to the city center and to the airport bus. Very high quality/price ratio. Would recommend for a stay in Lviv.
