The hotel is quite far from the city centre - not very suitable for sightseeing tours to the city. However must be ok for a business trip or if the budget is limited.
The hotel is quite in a Soviet style - rooms and bathrooms - but quite clean and tidy. Personnel is friedly and cooperative. Breakfast is included but I didn't try.
