when we arrived we were advised that they had been double booked and didnt know how that had happened but that they had a different room for us. as it was late at night and we had travelled for 18 hours to get there, we checked in..... the reception staff are very friendly however the owner decided to turn the hot water off and refused to switch it back on again --- apart from when we confronted them in reception when other guests were checking in.... it was very quickly switched off again after we had showered. this venue has lots of possibilities and is in an excellent location but after a long days walking, it's not to much to as for hot water to shower in................ more
