We stayed at Hotel Niko during the May half term. The reception staff were very helpful and provided help whenever we needed it through out our stay. as we had hired cars we were able to use the hotel's good location as a base and visited Split, Zadar and the Kra Waterfalls. The rooms were a fairly good size and well... More

I was there for business, so I'll comment on their conference room and staff first. Staff is GREAT, always helpful and friendly. Conference room is OK. The size is good for up to 70 people in my opinion and not more. I was missing some windows, though, there are none. We had our own projector and a screen so I... More

If this is a four star hotel then I am the greatest lover in the history of the world. There are some indications that some steps are taken in turning the hotel in a 4 star, but current situation definitely does not deserve it. Elevator looks horrible, miniature tv with poor program quality, door and window frames are waiting for... More

Dear Mr. Tomislav, Thank you for your opinion and the time that you take to write this review. We are very pleased that you find our reception staff and breakfast offer very good. The Resort offer and facilities are unique on Adriatic Coast and we are very proud on that. As a manager I am sorry that we didn’t succeed... More

It is a sort of family resort which didn't work for us: young couple without kids. The lobby of the hotel is very big an full of people around, too noisy. The swimmingpools were very big and nice but early morning all the sunbeds were occupied already with towels whilst nobody around. The breakfast was not so good, we mised... More

Hotel Niko is one of 5 hotels in an enormous resort with camping and cabins as well. The grounds are very clean and the reception area of the hotel gave a good initial impression however the rooms were a different matter. Many in our large tour group were at a far end of the hotel and the rooms were very... More

As "bobcubitt" stated, Solaris is a whole resort. We had a well proportioned room on the 2nd floor - but no lift!! (I, 72, use crutches) with balcony looking down onto the patio. As we went for a guided tour on 6 days, we didn't spend much time in the room or used much the other facilities. Food was good:... More

The first thing to be aware of about Solaris is that it isn’t a hotel, it’s a whole resort. Within its perimeter fence is camping, caravanning, chalets and five hotels. We stayed in Hotel Niko but all five hotels adopt the same basic model and standards. Although describing itself as 4* I would say it’s really a high 3* and... More

I went there on a school trip, we only stayed there for 1 night. Our rooms were clean and big enough, but they were not 4 star rooms, I would give them 3 stars. The pool was okay, but it could be bigger. Meals were delicous and staff was quite nice and friendly. We paid quite a lot for a... More

We stayed mid August, myself and my 2 sons 9 and 12. We were very lucky with our room as we were on the top floor overlooking the sea and pools. The reception staff were always really helpful. The room was smallish but adequate as you don't spend too much time in your room. Bathroom was clean and my boys... More
