This hotel is in a great location walking distance to the town centre but away from all tbe crazy-ness. Good food and beach. Plus its close to shopping and supermarkets. The hospital is nearby but I would avoid going there if possible its old run down.

Zadar is lovely city full of culture and scenery, however this hotel is far from a 4* resort. The hotel staff are quite nice (not the greatest) the hotel itself is super dated and needs huge work to push it up to 4* (maybe even 3*). The rooms are shockingly rubbish and bog standard, the carpets look like they're from... More

A huge room but everywhere you looked something needed fixing or replacing. The armchairs were stained, the curtains hanging off, door handles loose and the bathroom full of problems. The breakfast was exceptional and staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location promised a shortish walk into the old town. No problem during the day but an uncomfortable... An excellent hotel, one of the cleanest and tidiest hotels that we have stayed in. Our room location overlooking the sea (which is near by) was ideal and the hotel is very conveniently situated for the local tourist attractions in the old town of Zadar. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and there was a very good selection... More

i found This hotel is old school like in the 80 era need a lot of touch up in its decorate room is clean . The breakfast was plentiful in my opinion, croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh bread, eggs sausages, bacon, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, cereals and teas and coffee as well as freshly made pancakes was more than enough... This Hotel is really nice and has a great location. Close to tenniscourts, beach and the very best Old town of Zadar (about 10 min walk). It is also close to grocery store. The room we stayed in was great size, nice balcony and clean. Breakfast was nice otherwise pasta was their core and best dishes. Very nice and friendly... More

This hotel is a little dated in its decor but I found it to be clean and well maintained with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Yes the rooms need up dating and not what would be expected of a 4 star but after reading some of the reviews here I was really worried what I'd find so was relieved that it... More

Only here for one night – thank goodness. Our room was small, the shower over the bath required the skill of an Olympic high jumper to get over the bath edge. The grubby hotel is in a grubby part of town and the centre is a 25 minute walk. The buffet breakfast was adequate.

These people could not have been nicer. I was in a very stressful situation (my husband was hospitalized unexpectedly while we were on a vacation). The manager made sure I had a room; made sure I didn't have to change rooms; obviously recognized me when I came into the lobby. The room was clean; the mini-bar just fine; and the... More

This is a decent "local" hotel that has free parking and some rooms with sea/pool views. Could definitely use some updates to the rooms. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and very nice. The hotel is "basic" more for families and large groups. They have a nice pool area that is a cross the street from a cute pebble beach... More
