Stayed here for 2 nights, staff is very kind and helpfull, design is from the '80 but still okay. The restaurant needs a refurbishment and better quality foods. Pools are perfect, hotel is closed to the sea but prefer to stay in the hotel's pool because the beach is very crowded. Free parking is very convinient.

This is a tired hotel but the friendliness of staff made up for it. My main complaint would have to be the balconies which most rooms have. Either for safety or privacy the balconies are enclosed with horrible criss cross bricks. My room would otherwise have had a great view of the pool and sea beyond but all I had... More

It is a pretty "flat" hotel. My room was furnished in a very simple way. The hotel itself was pretty simple. It was probably because we were out of season but also the outside was not that nice (pool not working, not very clean) Hopefully it is much better in full season !

Not a luxury hotel but neat and clean. The best thing is that it is located at a silent and calm area but it takes only a 20-minute walk to the old town, Sea Organ, Greeting to the Sun and it's next to a beach.

We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is in a quiet part of town and the clientele are a little older and reserved. We were pleasantly surprised with the pool as it looked small in photos but it turned out to be adequate as there were never too many in the pool at any one time, it is also a... More

If you are expecting normal 4 star standard, this hotel will disappoint. However we enjoyed the experience of former eastern block style and atmosphere. The hotel lobby was vast and empty, our room was spacious and comfortable. There was a strange grill across most of our balcony restricting the view down to the swimming pool below. The location was good,... More

While the public areas are not bad, the room we had was small and unwelcoming. Just about OK for one night, but not more. Food at the hotel was pretty good and the evening buffet is good value. Very close to the sea and a reasonable stroll to the town the location is good. Aircon is noisy but effective. WiFi... More

Having read the reviews here we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. They sent a taxi as part of our booking to collect us from the airport. We were upgraded to a large room with 3 balconies and a bath which is hard to find these days.Yes that grill on the balcony is strange but it kept the intense heat out.We were... Clean, comfortable, and very close to Old Town and the beach. Clean and quiet. The food is OK. The air conditioning is marginal. They have an odd rule about not taking anything out of the dining area, not even an apple.

This hotel offers a location which allows you to access all parts of Zadar, although it is a small town. The hotel is old and could use updating. I was here for business and was largely unimpressed by the staff or quality of the hotel; however, it served its purpose for business travel. The conference set-up worked well and we... More
