This charming 10 room hotel, in the heart of Zadar's old city, and within walking distance of pretty much everything, had better service and sweeter and more charming employees, than any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. We loved our stay, and highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here if I ever come back. I... More

A lovely friendly modern boutique hotel located in the centre of old town Zadar. Our room was very comfortable and luxurious with free wifi and excellent airconditioning. The staff were all lovely and friendly. It is expensive for Croatia but worth it when you get this level of accommodation.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Croatia. The place is amazing! The service is fantastic and staff are very helpful. The decor is stunning and the neutral tones are very welcoming and relaxing. The room was very spacious and comfortable with fantastic storage and a very generous bathroom with rain shower. The included breakfast was very generous and... More

This hotel is perfect! The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to provide information we were looking for and too make bookings for us. The food is excellent, you have to try their chocolate mousse with almonds. Their restaurant extends to the square outside the hotel so you can enjoy a meal either... More

Stayed here for one night whilst travelling through Croatia. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town and we initially had a problem finding it as satnav takes you to a car park outside of the old town. This was the only downside - a 5 minute walk to get from public car park to the hotel... More

Our family of four had a great stay at this well appointed small hotel in Zadar. Rooms are clean and new with attractive contemporary decorating. Bathrooms are well appointed with a great walk- in shower. Hotel is in the quaint pedestrian only section of Zadar and walking distance to fun restaurants at night. We stayed here as a stopping point... More

What a wonderful place! We decided to treat ourselves to a nice night while inter railing, and boy did we pick the right place. Ivan on the front desk was fantastic, charming kind, brilliant with the kids. We've never been so well looked after. The room on the top floor was such fun, peaceful, tasteful and with a hot tub... I was really looking forward to this hotel. We stayed in nine different hotels in five different countries and this one looked like one of the most promising. It was easy to find and the room was exquisite. Very fashionable design, large spaces, friendly staff. The breakfast room is quite small and cramped and I was seated right next to... More

Zadar is an attractive, thriving town in northern Croatia. To stay at the Art Hotel Kalelarga is to be right in the centre of the town ... just round the corner from a very attractive square, great for evening drinks and people watching. The hotel interior is new and well designed (by a Slovenian Interior Designer as it happens) ...... More
