We stayed here in September, chose it mostly based on the fact that we could park there, but it worked out really well! Only ten minutes walk (or slightly longer and much more pleasant walk along the coast) from the centre of Zadar. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cheap and did everything it needed to! The... More

I stayed at The Wild Fig towards the end of Summer this year. It is owned by a lovely lady and her partner who care so much about the hostel. It is small in numbers but the rooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms are all spacious. It is easy to walk into Zadar and the staff are more than happy... More

I stayed only one night but I can tell you the room I was in was neat, the bed was comfortable and there is a cool terrace in the front to sit and chill with friends. The hostel is a short and pleasant walk away from the town centre.

Absolutely fantastic hostel. Great location, spotlessly clean and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Intended to stay for only a few nights but it soon turned into a week. If only it could have been longer! Could not have wished for more for my stay in Zadar.

My welcome was pretty lack luster and cold. The rooms was warm comfortable. The shower was blocked with hair and said out of use, the kitchen was very well equipped. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend taking insect repellent as there were lots of mosquitoes in the room and I had a bad reaction.

A very friendly welcoming atmosphere. A great place to stay to explore the Croatian Adriatic seaside Venetian Old Town of Zadar and the wider region such as the Velebit National Park and the beautiful Plitvice Lakes. Close to the Central Bus Station and beaches and seaside bars. Plenty of comfy couches to meet and chat with other guests from all... More

The Wild Fig was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. I stayed recently and found the hostel to be very inviting with cosy and clever furniture. I enjoyed the community life and it was easy to make friends and enjoy the company of other guests. The guests' kitchen even came with wall mounted delicious fig (my favourite... More

The best thing abou it was the atmosphere which is most important when on vacation. Everyting is so cutely rustical and creative. I loved it. If I ever come back to Zadar I'm going to the Wild Fig again! The kitchen is big, rooms are clean, staff is awesome, helpfull and fun. Thank you!

Nice hostel, with self service kitchen and good beds! I like it especially because it was very close to city center. Best part is that they have beautiful and large terrace on which you can enjoy all day!
