We booked this apartment for a week in advance and emailed the owner to arrange a pick up from the airport, communication was very good and I was pleased to see the owner waiting for us just outside customs with a Villa Sonja sign when we arrived. He helped us carry our luggage to his car then drove us to... More

Me and my husband slept at Villa Sonja for one night together with our daughter (8 mon-ths old). The appartment was pretty large, with a nice balcony and a full kitchen (also with microwave). I really enjoyed taking a shower in the big bathroom but the towels provided were all small. The only negative point was the baby crib: extremely... More

We spent only one night in the Villa Sonja- arrived late and left fairly early. The little apartment had everything we needed and would have needed for a few day stay. The owner was nice, however I could never get in touch for the airport pick-up. We ended up renting a car anyway- about a 20-25m drive from the airport.... More

The owner's father collected us from the airport (you need to email beforehand to arrange this) and fetched the car to where we waited undercover, as the rain was torrential. He then drove us to Puntamika, where the apartments are situated and drove us around and pointed things out like the nearest mini market, beach and restaurants. Very helpful for getting... More

We stayed at Villa Sonja in September 2013 for 4 nights. The owners collected us from the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Located close to the beach and Marina and local restaurants. Bakery just around the corner for breakfast. Bikes were available for guest use. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My two grown children and I recently stayed in Villa Sonja in Zadar. The villa (apartment building, actually) was located in a quiet residential area within a five- to ten-minute walk of several beaches. There is a pizza restaurant right next door, and a "caffe bar" and a small bakery around the corner. There is an ATM down the street.... More

Very good place to stay. Comfortable apartment. Also provide free bikes. Not far from from old city. Nearby you can get rent a car option and food. Overall we liked our stay in this apartment and would like to recommend

We chose to stay at Villa Sonia because of the airport pickup/drop off and the fact that they had bicycles for the use of guests. Many thanks to Jovi for the airport transportation. The buses are few and far between! The studio we rented for four nights was at the top of the house. It was adequately kitted out for... More

Stayed in the studio room which is basically a bedroom with a sink/microwave/double ring stove in one corner. The room was generally in good order, except for one random flex sticking out above the door in the bathroom. Weirdly short on bowls and only tiny glasses and also the list of amenities they had available on hotels.com didn't match what... More
