Villa Gravic is ideally located to recover from the exertions of taking in the sights of Zadar, Nin, Plitvice, etc. Nothing quite like sitting on the sea-facing balcony and planning the next day's exploration. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The small pool on the premises offers an option to sight-seeing, and there are several restaurants and bars in the... More

We visited in May using this place as a base to go around Zadar and to Plitvice. Ivana is very welcoming and helpful. Other than pointing out places we could visit, she suggested a couple of places where we might find vegetarian food. She had found my husband's birthday from his ID proof and had left him a note and... More

Visited in April. Ivana the owner is an amazingly helpful person who makes you feel very welcome from the minute you arrive .She arranged collection and return to airport for a small charge. Despite some slightly badly behaved students which Ivana nipped in the bud we had a brilliant time and cant recommend this property highly enough.

Owner Joanna extends the warmest of welcomes to her guests in this lovely villa. It is rather further away from Zadar old town that we thought - about a 15 minute taxi ride - but a lovely location with a sea view from all rooms, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and a handful of nice... Very clean, reasonably equipped apartments with a great view from the balcony, you can enjoy your breakfast with a seaview! The room was spotlessly clean, the furniture was nothing fancy but sufficient for our needs. The apartments are located in Diklo (a bit away from the center of Zadar, but one can go there by car in a few minutes... More

Very nice hotel to stay outside the city and close to the beach. We had been travelling for a while and staying in busy, touristy cities so it was really nice to be in a quiet seaside neighborhood. Driving in, it seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere but once we got our bearings we saw that the... More

This place was perfect for us. We decided to go with it based on the fabulous reviews from TripAdvisor and are glad we did. The view is great with decent size balconies to enjoy it from. The beach is just a short 5-10 min walk from the hotel. There is a nice supermarket right there as well. This place is... More

Just as mentioned by the other reviews, the owner Ivana is a great resource and gave us great recommendations, particularly for dinner (which we had at Hotel Niko nearby). We only stayed 1 night, arriving late and leaving in the morning. The apartment was clean and spacious, if a little dated, and we got a great last minute deal by... More

The pros: The biggest pro is the owner who gives lots of great advice for all of Croatia Decent apartments with large balcony Outdoor pool Con The location is a bit out of the way but we got taxis for 20 to 27 kruna. Ivana will order for you on the way in and just ask the price in advance... More

This small, family-run block of self-catered apartments is situated about 5 minutes' walk from the seafront and about 10 minutes' drive outside of Zadar's Old Town. Our apartment was immaculately clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We'd booked a one bed, but as there was a two-bed apartment free, we were given an 'upgrade' for no extra cost. Our apartment... More
