Lovely 2 bed apartment, with sea view in the distance, 10 minutes drive from Zadar city. Ivana is a wonderful hostess and although we were early, our apartment was ready. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave but no toaster. Bedrooms were a good size with some air conditioning. She gave us a map with dinner suggestions, restaurant Bruscetta... As all the reviewers state I van is a big plus at this location and is always smiling, helpful and available, We were early for check-in but the room was ready and we were allowed into our room. The room was fully furnished and we did not want for anything there. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea... More

There are four of us traveling together (2 Couples) so we rented a 2 bedroom at VG. From the minute we booked we had help from Ivana on getting from the airport, things to do in town, places to eat and assistance in getting anywhere we needed to go. The apartment itself was simple but had every thing that we... More

We just arrived home from a break in Croatia and I have to say that we were more than pleased with Villa Gravic. The host, Ivana was more than helpful, if we ever had any questions about anything she was always on hand to answer them. The location itself was superb, there was a supermarket and bakery just a five... More

Just back from an amazing group holiday here! Really can't rave enough about Ivana - friendly, welcoming and always around to help with questions and arranging transportation. Some particular highlights: • Awesome location - only a 5-minute walk to the seaside, supermarket and bakery and just 40 Kuna to taxi into the city. • A few bikes are available to... More

Great place in what appears to be the high end of Zadar. If you're going on a stag you'd probably be best heading into the old town on the other hand a family break or week away with the Mrs this place is ideal. Great owners fair price, recommended

Villa Gravic is ideally located to recover from the exertions of taking in the sights of Zadar, Nin, Plitvice, etc. Nothing quite like sitting on the sea-facing balcony and planning the next day's exploration. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The small pool on the premises offers an option to sight-seeing, and there are several restaurants and bars in the... More

We visited in May using this place as a base to go around Zadar and to Plitvice. Ivana is very welcoming and helpful. Other than pointing out places we could visit, she suggested a couple of places where we might find vegetarian food. She had found my husband's birthday from his ID proof and had left him a note and... More

Visited in April. Ivana the owner is an amazingly helpful person who makes you feel very welcome from the minute you arrive .She arranged collection and return to airport for a small charge. Despite some slightly badly behaved students which Ivana nipped in the bud we had a brilliant time and cant recommend this property highly enough.

Owner Joanna extends the warmest of welcomes to her guests in this lovely villa. It is rather further away from Zadar old town that we thought - about a 15 minute taxi ride - but a lovely location with a sea view from all rooms, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and a handful of nice...
