Would heartily recommend Villa Ivana. We stayed for a week in one of the studios at the front with wonderful views and everything we needed for an extremely comfortable holiday. The standard of cleanliness is very high, the owners welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast delicious (not to mention plentiful!) About 40 minutes to walk to the old town but... More

We stayed here for two nights in mid June to see the old town of Zadar. Our top-floor room had a great balcony and was quite large but still had nowhere to put your suitcases. The style was very traditional for a beach-front hotel. The family were very friendly and helpful, and ensured that parking was easy for us. Overall... More

My husband and I spent the end of our honeymoon in Croatia at this little family owned hotel and absolutely loved it! Why? Well first, we were greeted by the owner and his son who carried up our luggage up 3 floors to the top floor to our suite, which was the best room in the hotel overlooking Puntamika beach!... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, in the room on ground floor without balcony or sea sight for 325 €. Most charming welcome, very clean room and bathroom, great service, good breakfast Great location, beach literally at two steps, Zadar by foot just following the coastline. We can absolutely recommend if you are looking for this type of small, pension... More

The room was spotless, the bedding and towels were high quality and fresh. The comfortable patio furniture meant we could spend time on the spacious balcony enjoying the view. The breakfast was plentiful, made fresh and delicious. The service we received throughout the booking and our stay was excellent. We would stay again.

Stayed here for a week in October. We stayed in the 3rd floor studio which had a lovely little balcany with fantastic views. Lovely room, comfy bed, very clean. The owners are lovely people and made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice including eggs cooked any way you like. Zadar is a beautiful place, lovely... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Zadar. The location is really nice- it's right next to a pebble beach looking across at Zadar and the nearby islands. The owners are so nice. They are really friendly and welcoming and really make you feel at home. The rooftop... More

We only spent one night at Villa Ivana, but wished we could have had longer to savour the wonderful outlook and comforts of the room. We had a 3rd floor studio with views both south and west and a little balcony of our own - absolutely beautiful. Lovely courtyard garden too. The owners were very attentive and helpful and the... We spent 6 nights at Villa Ivana and it was a wonderful vacation! We stayed in the studio on the 3rd floor facing the sea. The room was air conditioned, clean and had a kitchenette with dishes, utensils and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony view spectacular. We enjoyed the local beach right across the street... More

Well run and well maintained family establishment. Airconditioning in both lounge and bedroom perfect for 30 plus degree weather. Great location just outside the very busy old town and away from the crowds. Directly on the pebble beach which is very popular. 5 min. easy walk to bus stop cost 10 kuna to old town. In the same area is... More
