We booked this B&B at short notice and were very glad we chose it. The host was very welcoming and spent time ensuring we knew the necessary information for the hotel and for getting in to the old town. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful, with a great variety of bread, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt. The... More

We stayed here two nights in September, however, we wished that we could have stayed longer! This was our favorite bed and breakfast inn during our travels down the coast of Croatia. We had a lovely room overlooking the beach and ocean with our own private balcony - views of old town and islands were fantastic. The large room was... More

The hosts could not have been more helpful. The hotel is maintained to a high standard and spotless clean. The location is very picturesque overlooking the sea, the extra for balcony and sea view worth every penny. Hotel provides free of charge sunbeds with mattresses for the beach opposite and even beach shoes. Only downside is that it is a... More

The extremely friendly and kind owners allowed us to check in at 11.30am as we'd got there earlier than anticipated. Our large room was stunning with a beautiful balcony and we were very sorry we only had one night booked. It's about 3km from the city so really needs a taxi to get in and out but our kindly hosts... A nice clean and friendly place to stay. Great views to the old town, shingle beach with sun beds etc to borrow. Quite a walk to get into the Town but easy to catch a bus or get a taxi. As well as the beach to the front, if you prefer sand and a safer place to swim it is... More

The Villa Ivana is a lovely small hotel opposite a small shingle beach with uninterrupted views of Zadar which is about a 40 minute walk or a short taxi ride away. We had a Studio apartment which was very spacious, with a sitting area and a small kitchen area and a bathroom with shower only. The large balcony had views... More

Would heartily recommend Villa Ivana. We stayed for a week in one of the studios at the front with wonderful views and everything we needed for an extremely comfortable holiday. The standard of cleanliness is very high, the owners welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast delicious (not to mention plentiful!) About 40 minutes to walk to the old town but... More

We stayed here for two nights in mid June to see the old town of Zadar. Our top-floor room had a great balcony and was quite large but still had nowhere to put your suitcases. The style was very traditional for a beach-front hotel. The family were very friendly and helpful, and ensured that parking was easy for us. Overall... More

My husband and I spent the end of our honeymoon in Croatia at this little family owned hotel and absolutely loved it! Why? Well first, we were greeted by the owner and his son who carried up our luggage up 3 floors to the top floor to our suite, which was the best room in the hotel overlooking Puntamika beach!... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, in the room on ground floor without balcony or sea sight for 325 €. Most charming welcome, very clean room and bathroom, great service, good breakfast Great location, beach literally at two steps, Zadar by foot just following the coastline. We can absolutely recommend if you are looking for this type of small, pension... More
