Last year our two families stayed there and were very satisfied with everything - that is why the excellent rating here. The recent renovation has lifted the look and feel, but the service unfortunately is far from 4 star. On arrival we were left to bring all our luggage to the front desk, and then the room. Great waterfront location. Dreary design. Renovated so clean and not 1960's furnishings. But, the design and layout detracts from the beautiful location. For a week vacation I would stay up the coast in more picturesque villages/resorts.

This is one of the best hotels and locations I have ever stayed in. Everything that I could expect from a 5 star hotel was provided. Fantastic buffet breakfast and dinner. Live music by the pool every night. An unforgettable experience and holiday. I would strongly recommend it to both families or couples on romantic holiday.

The Park Plaza Pula has been nicely refreshed, and is extremeley clean, modern and stylish. Bedrooms are to a very high standard (with powerful air con :) )and are extremley clean. Overall great place to stay.. Rooms are great, quiet, clean... Staff really nice, friendly, speak several languages. Hotel is set in nice green area, very nice for walks or jogging. For bizz or pleasure, nice place to stay.
