We stayed here for one night in early January, 2015. The hotel was very pleasant. The room was well presented and clean and the breakfast was fine. For a low priced hotel we were very pleased with everything and would recommend it to other travellers passing through Pula, especially if you are there to visit the amphitheatre.

As we needed to be in centre, we have decided to stay in this hotel. We usually stay outside Pula, where you can find much more hotels. Hotel is nice, with a great location, good breakfast, and nice personel. It has its own parking, so it was realy conviniant to have a car parked in centre of Pula. I liked... More

Convenient location between the amphitheater and the historical parts of town. The hotel is clean, modern and overall satisfactory but the lack of cheerfulness in the service and the sombre decoration is quite noticeable. While functional, the condition of some furniture and fixtures require maintenance – apparently in progress at the time of our visit. Otherwise, the hotel staff is... More

Only stayed one night. Perfectly located for the Arena (50m away) and the old town (+/-250m). Hotel is quite small. Rooms are OK. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast good (Dinner - great; see separate review if interested). Staff friendly and professional. All in all a good stay.

It's a nice hotel. Clean, spacious, modern rooms, located next to the amphitheater. Service was excellent, staff was friendly. The only disappointment is it's in Pula. Don't get me wrong, Pula's nice but it's more of a day trip. Stay in Rovinj and drive down for the day. Trust me. Rovinj is a mini Venice but with more charm and... More

We stayed four nights at this hotel. There is a real problem with staffing; staff members are required to multi-task to an absurd extent. For example, throughout our stay there was no staff member present in the breakfast room although clearly there was a good number of residents. The individual who prepared the cooked food for the buffet table seemed... More

We stayed for one night as we were just passing through. The hotel was recommended by the Hotel Riviera as it was full. Perfectly adequate with quirky local artwork on the walls, a great breakfast & a very friendly concierge who helped us out greatly with our ferry booking to Venice, making a number of phone calls on our behalf... Stayed in pula so we could see the coliseum . Hotel is just 1/2 a block was from it and just a short distance to the old part of the city where there are more roman remains. Hotel is small, had free convenient parking and helpful staff. The room and bath were pleasant and well appointed.

We stayed at the Amfiteater for three days at the end of August 2014. The hotel is bright and clean and very well situated, right next to the Roman Amphiteater and on the edge of the old town. We had a superior room which was spacious and modern but somewhat plain, with good views over the harbour. The armchairs and... More

The hotel could hardly be closer to the Roman amphitheatre ruins and is almost on the pedestrian streets of the old city as well as being a short walk through the park to the harbour. The hotel has in recent years been opened following a complete renovation of the building. It is only a small hotel and therefore service by... More
