The place was very near the Old Town Gate and so was extremely convenient. Edi is overbearingly friendly and insistingly helpful when it comes to giving directions and recommending restaurants. The ensuite room was small but had air con. The shower broke when we tried to use it but Edi went out of his way to get it fixed immediately.... More

We stayed here for one night at the end of our trip. We booked through an online booking site as the location was perfect for us (right beside the old town walls). On arrival Edi met us and gave all the information we could have wanted about the area (where to eat, drink and see) - and he also organised... More

The filthiest place in which we have ever been, and we are people of 40 plus years, we've traveled all over the world. The rooms are extremely old, all torn and dirt was all over the place. We were 8 people in four bedrooms and two bathrooms outside the room, and one of these only with wc, no shower. All... More

Just returned from Dubrovnik and had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic little guest house. May not be the ritz but more than makes up for it in Location and value for money. The owner Edi was a fantastic host and could not have been more helpful. The taxi driver called the hotel to find out the location and... More

Our room was on the first floor, it was quite large and clean, no seaview from that room. Bathroom was cramped and after shower there was water all over the floor. Location is very good, very close to the old town. Edi was nice and friendly man. Overall the price was too high for a room of this level. More

Nicely situated, clean, well appointed apartments. Did pay 95 euros a night and that is a little over the top, apart from that we were happy. More

Edi's sea view room's location is perfect, far from crowds but close to everywhere in the old city. He is very helpful and polite person although your first impression might be he is a bit diffucult. If you'd like to stay in a simple, clean pleace listening the sounds of waves and to be close to the sea and the... More

This place is way overpriced and the rooms are cramped, dirty and feel like prison cells. The bathrooms are so small you can't even turn around in there. Edi acts friendly upon arrival but don't turn your back on him! He got upset, aggressive and on the verge of violent when we told him we were looking for another place.... More

Although flight delayed by 6 hours, Edi was there to meet us at the bus stop. The appartments are within spitting distance of the Old Town gates and local supermarkets just across the road; the rooms wre great value for money (don't expect the Ritz, 'cos you ain't paying Ritz prices!). I was travelling with my daughter and, to save... More
