If you want a view, make sure it says sea view when you book it. We got an superior apartment to start of with, with a terrace . Turns out that the terasse is quite public, not overlooking anything. We actually switched rooms coz of this after the first night. The owner was fine with it, her English isn't great,... More

Made a booking for this accommodation through Booking.com before reviewing it on Trip Advisor and never having visited Dubrovnik previously .After finally arriving at the Villa Boro we were greeted by Matija the owner who provided welcoming drinks .After checking in our room which had a balcony and see view along with aircon was lovely and clean comfortable bed and... These family run apartments are just great for a few days visiting Dubrovnik. As a couple spending 2 weeks travelling Croatia we started off here for 3 nights. From the airport there is a bus into the old town and you can then get the number 6 bus too Lapad were it's only a short walk. Although beware the last... More

The view is nice. There is no wi-fi in the rooms, only in the corridors. There was no fridge. However the host is wellcoming. Some of my friends had problems with hot water in their rooms. There are a lot of steps on the way to the beach but I think this is something natural for the area.

The parking is at the location. The owner welcomed us with a welcome drink. The apartment was amazing, almost new, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing, clean and bright. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the gas stove and the big fridge.

Ignore the bad reviews. Prices here are very reasonable and the villa was clean, towels changed daily, plenty of storage space, great balcony review and quiet area. The owners welcomed us with a drink on the first night, some lovely wine and brought us some maps and gave directions to the local bus stop which is 10 min walk away... More

We stayed in one of the deluxe apartments on the top floor, with a lovely view over Lapad and the sea from the balcony. The apartment was spacious and well furnished, however it could have been cleaned a little better as we noticed a few spider webs and some dust under the furniture. We also noticed that about half of... More

Owners exceptionally friendly. Offered free welcome drink on arrival and information about the surrounding area. Advised anything we need just to pop up to their house on top of villa. Stunning building. Beautiful apartment. Set high up in the hills so lots of stairs as most reviews indicate which are a bit tiring. Would still definitely return though. Great value... More

We were a little nervous about staying in Villa Boro having read some of the more recent reviews (we booked well in advance) but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We stayed in an apartment. On arrival we were welcomed by the owner and given a glass of wine each. She gave us a map of the area, explained... More
