My girlfriend and I went to this place (we had bedroom B) for 3 nights in August. We absolutely loved our stay there. First, the hosts are very friendly. They picked us up at the airport (they charge 30EUR for that, which is very worth it in my opinion. It would be really hard for a tourist to find the... More

This little place was ideal for us. We stayed two nights while sampling Dubrovnik and you get one hell of a sample in the form of the view from the pension over the old town. Zoran and his family welcomed us into their home where they rent out two rooms. Each has its own air conditioning, free WiFi, balcony, shower... More

We chose this place based on the brilliant reviews on TA for an Easter trip around the Balkans, but our experiences when we arrived didn't quite meet our expectations. Perhaps we caught them on an off day, but the owners seemed rather rude. We arrived in a rainstorm (literally puddles of water were pouring down the hills, making it difficult... More

My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and we could not have been more pleased. It is exceptionally reasonable considering it is only a 5min walk from the old town. Despite having to climb a lot of stairs to reach it, the view is well worth the climb! We spent all our time in the town and never... More

Could not fault our stay here-the views are spectacular (we spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the Old town). The accommodation itself was spotless. The air conditioning was good and domestic essentials were provided. The service that the family provided was second to none-they offered to pick us up and take us to the airport... More

We stayed in the studio with a private balcony- really good. Spacious with handy kitchen and a decent bathroom. The view is amazing - well worth the climb up the steps from the old town. Close to a good bakery. We would come back - highly recommended.

This was a 5 star holiday provided by Igor and his wonderful brother, mum and uncle, from the start of our 7 day stay we were looked after, Zoran picked us up at airport and gave us the history and then passed us onto Igor, who is the most attentive bb host I have met, we were given beer on... We spent almost a week in pension Stankovich. Just a noteworthy site. A warm and genuine hospitality. We never felt that these little touches were forced (just think of the tasty cakes Igor brought us unexpectedly). Memories simply memorable. Yes, the ascension is steep but it's a laughable effort to the reward that brings us the transcendent view of Dubrovnik... More

After a fantastic stay with Zoran, Igor and their family in Sept 2013, we opted to return in May/June 2014, to beautiful Dubrovnik and the top class Pension Stankovich. As long as you are able for the stairs, this guest house is an absolute must when visiting Dubrovnik. The welcome is warm and helpful and the panoramic view over the... More

We chose this guesthouse for the incredible views from the balcony and it was every bit as beautiful as I had imagined. At night the old town is lit up and looks magical. The room was small but comfortable, and a very good value for the money. We appreciated the small kitchenette with mini fridge and being able to eat... More
