Nice city hotel, friendly staff, clean and good value for money. I recommend this hotel for people who like to explore the city, buses stop 1min from hotel. Rooms are a bit small but they have nice view to garden which is also a good place to have a coffee in hotel terace.

We went there for 3 nights in October 2013, sorry for being late, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were given a front facing room on the second floor, as we were not impressed with back facing room on the ground floor, initially allocated for us. Alas, there is no lift. The staff were really helpful at the front... More

This is the most charming hotel we have visited, ever. In the garden, with the huge palms, exelent green areas, flowerbeds, and the beautiful view of the old hotel in background, you can sit and enjoy your dinner from a restaurant that is among the best in the world. (I have visited many, all over). Together with the very friendly... More

A small, comfortable, well run, mid-priced hotel. It is set in a lovely garden, is well located in Lapad and is staffed by lovely people - all of whom speak near perfect English. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with lots of wardrobe room and a spacious bathroom. Breakfasts were excellent. Free WiFi was available in the room. The... More

A perfect location, along an upmarket pedestrianised street of cafes and restaurants. 6 mins to beach, also one minute from no 6 bus into old town. Smart old building. Comfortable room. If you need QUIET, ask for garden side away from music bar. Staff excellent. Good wifi signal. Will definitely go back. Found the breakfast a bit disappointing, but our... More

To look at you'd think this would be a very expensive hotel but you'd be wrong. It sits on a quiet pedestrianised street in beautifully maintained grounds only a 15min bus ride from Dubrovnik old town. Our room was in immaculate condition. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent with something for everyone and the... More

The Hotel Zagreb is in a magnificent pink building like an 18th century palace. It has a great terrace for eating, drinking or just sitting in a garden setting. It is on a road which is for foot traffic only and is lined with trees. We loved this hotel, The staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was of adequate sized... More

Rooms are right size, some are smaller. Breakfast is quite good. Staff is wonderful. Clean to the spot. The only issue is a bar that decided to paly club music at night - so the rooms facing the front entrance may be nosy, mainly on weekends during summer season. The walking boulevard of Lapud beach is full of restaurants and... More
