As already mentioned this has an excellent location just outside the Pile Gate. The aspect of it is fantastic but there was just certain things just 'not right'. This is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were perfect. The breakfast was brilliant. All the staff were very helpful. A particular mention needs to go to the concierge, who couldn't do enough to help us. He organised many activties for us and had lots of useful advise, and a friendly smile. more
