I would never suggest using any of Felix's services to anyone . After booking and paying a deposit many months in advance and confirmed with multiple emails, arrived and found Felix had doubled booked the apartment. His suggestion for a replacement was ludicrus (1 double bed apartment for a family of 5 people) and left us in Dubrovnik without beds... More

Just returned home from our first visit to Dubrovnik staying at Kovacec Apartments. What a great location, very central with easy access to all bus routes. My husband and I booked a room with ensuite so we actually stayed in the rooms next door at Felix's sisters house. Welcomed with a drink on arrival. The property and room were very clean, comfortable, secure and well maintained. The apartment was well equipped with a nice roof terrace and view of the sea. Felix was more than helpful even waking us for our flights on the last morning. If you are reading this Felix thank you and apologies for coming in noisy and drunk ;)

Found this establishment to be excellent value for money, the room was beautifully clean, grounds well cared for, host Felix most helpful, welcoming drink on arrival, walking distance to Old Town, able to swim nearby and local bus almost at the door. Would definitely return. Thank you Felix for your hospitality.

The staff extremly helpful and friendly.Location is perfect,close to the Old center,beaches,stores and restaurants.Apartment we found Spotesly clean,quite and comfortable as well as good equipped and well furnished.Flat screen tv and a free wi fi available. Huge terrace with stunning sea view to the open sea and Island of Lokrum equipped with tables,sunbeds and grills. Higly recommended
