We stayed here for 2 nights and found the host and apartment very welcoming. The room was lovely and modern with a homemade bottle of cherry brandy for us to enjoy during our stay, the tv had satellite channels and free fast wifi. Place was spotless and very clean, free air con, lovely sea view from the room and a... More

Grandmother (me), daughter and 11 year old grandson ended a Balkan tour with 2 days in Dubrovnik. We wanted to stay in a small, cosy, peaceful place close to old town and not pay too much for our stay. There was a very nice outdoor space overlooking the sea where we had our breakfast (with warm bread from bakary downstairs)... More

Stayed for 1 week with my husband and our 4yr old son, in the 4 bed apartment. The owner is really friendly and full of helpful information. He arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and had Beer and lemonade waiting for us on arrival. The apartment was great, really quiet and plenty of room. Washing machine (powder... More

I only stayed here for one night but it was excellent. My husband and I stayed in a double 'sea view' room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the aircon fully functioning. The shower was nice and powerful too. The apartments are a 15 minute walk to the old town but it is easy to find. There is a nice... More

My husband and I took the boat down from Split for an overnight stay in Dubrovnik and we truly lucked out when we booked with Felix! Likely due to us booking in the middle of the week, they had a more private room available and we were upgraded for free. The apartment we were placed in was very spacious and... More

Felix did a wonderful job of accommodating my hectic schedule, helping me with an alternative check-in/ check-out schedule and helping me plan day excursions and travel around the city. The location of the place is FANTASTIC, just outside the hustle and bustle of Old Town but right near some of the nicest beaches. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the... More

The apartments are very well located, just 15 mins walk to both the Old Town and the New Port area. There is a bakery downstairs that's open 24hrs and also nearby are a convenience store and a couple nice restaurants (both cheaper than those in the Old Town). About 500m away is the 5-star Rixos hotel, where you can use... More

Apartments Kovacec is located 3 bus stops or a 15 minute walk downhill to the Old Town. It's best features are the large terrace and Felix, the on-site owner/manager. We enjoyed breakfasts or appetizers and wine on the terrace, depending on the time of day - sun and shade both available and plenty of deck furniture. A pebble beach was... More

The location can't be beat - 15 mins walk to the Old City in one direction, and 15 mins the other way to the Gruz. It faces the Bellevue Hotel and is a short walk to the pebble beach. Best of all is the terrace witha sea view - we had drinks there, watched the moon over the sea, woke... More
