We stayed in this lovely hotel for two nights in May. The hotel itself is located within city walls so the staff arranged to help us with the bags from our car. Customer service was excellent and the room on the top floor was spotless. Breakfast is included and well worth it. You can order anything on the menu. If... More

So nice to be right in the old town. The staff was great and had great suggestions and tips. Perfect location to just wander the city and be in the heart of history. They met us at the gate of the city and took care of our bags, nice touch.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and the staff was friendly and competent. We missed a proper internet station. The room was ok. Our expectations for a 5 Star hotel were not quite met. No spa etc. Location is great, the best in Dubrovnik. Value for money 7 out of 10.

We stayed there for four nights to explore Dubrovnik, Mostar (Bosnia) and a tiny part of Montenegro. The hotel in the center of old town is very attractive. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathroom is ample in size and well equipped. One downside is the lack of a separate shower. It's a bit of an adventure to climb... More

We could not fault this hotel. Very unique. Very central. Service impeccable. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms beautiful. Would definitely come back again. Only hotel within the walled city overlooking the square

I cannot compliment the staff enough on the lovely experience I had in this magnificent hotel in the walled city. It was an intimate and very much a boutique hotel, with a magnificent standard of accommodation and general ambience. The staff are beautifully trained (and obviously properly recruited in the first place). I cannot think of a better way to... More

We spent four nights here in May 2015. The location is perfect, right in the old town and walking distance to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and helped us plan our meals out and excursions with useful recommendations. Breakfast was plentiful, a large variety of dishes all freshly cooked. We also had... More

We went here in April for 2 night/3 days and what an amazing time we had! Every single member of staff was delightful; they were polite, courteous and bent over backwards to ensure we were happy. Our rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels left daily. As it was my birthday I received a upgraded to a beautiful room. The... More

We were welcomed by Alem who was minding the reception/ concierge when we arrived in Dubrovnik on our first day in Croatia. The friendly and funny guy recommended Kopun for our dinner which was definitely worth the price and our dinner would have been amazing if the weather outside was a wee bit warmer. We enjoyed our stay at Pucic... More
