The location was superb, only minutes away from Old Town's Pile gate. The mansion was delightfully vintage, the room impeccably clean, the staff and the owners very kind and forthcoming, making the overall impression - wonderful. A wholehearted recommendation.

Located close to the Old City, but quiet and with rooms that have spectacular views, Villa Iveta is a clean, not kitchy, comfortable not fancy, place to stay. Private bathroom down the hall, clean and modern, access to a kitchen and a great balcony, our stay was very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The building is a little more worn than the professional photos show which is initially a bit of a shock but don't be put off. It is a short walk up a slope and some stairs from Pile Gate and yes some signposting would be good. This is an old property and it is like staying in someones home. The... More

Booked for three adults, 1 bed was thin camping cot fold away really short - for toddler maybe? Very hard to find owner, who claimed no one ever complained about bed before... Also little to no wifi, even though advertised wifi 'everywhere' no help from owner either. Room was very uncomfortable, big tree blocking view of ocean, other rooms look... More

Nice villa accommodation in a quiet secluded area. Owners are super friendly. Location excellent being literally five minutes from the pile gate. Wifi wasn't working in the room so had to use outside on the balcony. Also due to the secluded location the positioning of some signage on the main road would be of great benefit. Minor issues really as... More

We chose this based on trip advisor reviews and were not disappointed. Great position near old town. After staying in teeny tiny places we loved the spaciousness of the unit with a kitchen and a lounge room as well as a huge bedroom. Good value for money. Great views.

We had a lovely stay here and Nino and staff were very accommodating with nothing being too much trouble. Very relaxing, beautiful views and rooms were clean and tidy. Very close to city & Old Town - would definitely recommend for anyone looking for convenient and affordable accommodation in Dubrovnik!

We were able to walk to the City gates from Villa Iveta in three minutes but the walk back up a slope and a series of steps would take a lot longer especially after a wonderful meal in the old town and perhaps a glass or two. We had a lovely room at the back of the villa with our... More

I will be in Croatia for a wedding in August. I made a reservation for Villa Iveta in Dubrovnik, by giving my credit card number to hold the room. When I received the confirmation there was a note at the bottom saying "Cash Only." What's the deal with this? I'm uncomfortable with this. Has anyone else had this experience with... More
