Dubrovnik = steps. From the Pile Gate to the Villa is over 100 of them, but it is just five minutes from the gate and local restaurants. Some rooms have a sea view. No cars can access anywhere near the site, so it is very quiet. Breakfast is huge and filling, all freshly home-made. A very comfortable villa, with much... More

I am so glad I have chosen Villa Anastasia as my last stop for my Dubrovnik trip. The owner Gordana Barlé is such a sweet lady with very good taste and a very kind heart! She offered us so many tips for Dubrovnik and was even nice enough to give us a mobile phone so that we could make calls... More

There are not enough words to describe our stay at Villa Anastasia. We stayed for 3 nights for our first Wedding anniversary. This Villa is centrally located for all that Dubrovnik has to offer and has beautiful views over the bay and the old town. We were welcomed as though we were royalty and made to feel very much at... This is truly a wonderful place to stay. From the moment you arrive you are made feel so welcome and Gordanna and her staff make it a very special stay. A 5 star experience with the privacy of a Villa. The finishes in this Villa are excellent and the attention to detail incredible. A very relaxing and serene place. The... More

What a wonderful surprise! My husband chose Croatia as our surprise honeymoon destination and Villa Anastasia was our second stop. The location is perfect for anyone planning to spend time in the Old City. The Villa was beautiful and our room was filled with amazing Croatian antiques. Nikolai was extremely helpful and Gordana catered to our every need. Breakfast each... More

The interior of the rooms is done with great care, each suite having its own style of furniture. The villa lies within the heart of the old city center and from the room we stayed at you could see the city walls and the sea beyond. The hostess is very friendly and will go out of her way to make... More

We stayed here for three wonderful nights. What a fantastic location and view. The owner and staff could not have been any friendlier. They really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. They will give you excellent suggestions of where to eat. The restaurant down the hill is fantastic.

Stayed for 2 nights in the Franka, standard suite. It was really luxurious with all of the amenities from a 5 star hotel. The grounds include a lovely garden with Jacuzzi, lounge/dining area, kitchen and a wonderful view. It is situated a couple of minutes walk from the old town, pile Gate, which is very convenient for going around Dubrovnik.... More

We initially booked 1 night but after arriving at Villa Anastasia we immediately booked an additional 2 nights. The stone villa is just beautiful, perched above the entrance of old city with perfectly manicured gardens, an amazing outdoor entertaining area with bbq and a jacuzzi. Inside the villa is decorated with beautiful antiques from Croatia and beyond, and there is... More
